Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service!
Thank you so much for your help. I received my order quickly and on time, but unfortunately it was damaged in shipment. Carl respond to my e-mail reporting the issue the same day and made sure my order was replaced and shipped out within 24 hours of my email. Not only did I quickly receive a replacement order, but Carl made sure I had an extra little surprise in my box to make sure I was satisfied. I can't express how wonderful is to work with a company that cares so much. Not to mention that these products are absolutely delicious both in and on almost anything!

Thanks Charles! We use the same pizza flour to make our pizza dough. We also use it for to make stuffed Strombolis.
Love it!
First of all, I like the name of the bakery so I tried ordering and it's really worth it! I bought the Small Batch Classic Ginger Syrup because I love ginger and it really helps me in my sore throat. Will buy again :)

I liked the flavors that I ordered but, there seems to be something " growing" or stuck to the inside of the bottom of my bottle of ginger.

Thank you DS, I'm a little bias when I say this, but I agree. :) It really takes the bitterness taste away from the coffee.
So glad I found Nerd Bakery!
