This place is AMAZING and I mean ITS AMAZING!! Definitely worth trying

I got scammed by them. I order June 1st two jars through instagram and the payment went through shop pay and to this date I have no jars and no refund. Shop pay which is affirm will not respond for the company that was under there app. I tried contacting nerdy nuts by the email said email does not exist. So sad. You would think that if affirm always payment to go through them then they know this website is legit. Crazy

Great product, unique flavors.

I’ve ordered from this company twice. The first time my husband paid for expedited shipping, they sent it through their free ground shipping service. We thought it was a simple mistake. The second time I ordered, I paid for the quickest shipping possible, air shipping 2-3 days. That was on the 22nd. On the 24th I received an email stating “your order has shipped!” When I went to open it, it said your order has been shipped using ground advantage through usps, which is their free tier. I immediately contacted customer service and got an automated response saying it would take ten days to respond. I reached out via Instagram and TikTok comments and got no response, I reached out via dm on Instagram and got an automated response. My husband and I combined have spent 21 dollars on shipping and they’ve taken our money, not said anything and not shipped via air. Not only that but it’s now the 27th at 9pm and the order still says the carrier is awaiting the package. So it hasn’t even made it to the carriers facility. Even if it made it to the facility tomorrow let’s say (wishful thinking), it has to go from sd to ok using the basic shipping which took 9 days last time. So I’d receive my package approximately April 5th or April 7th IF its even received tomorrow so I paid 21 dollars for both packages to not be shipped expedited. $10.50 this time to wait 2-2.5 weeks? And they don’t auto refund the money or provide an explanation. That’s wild.

This company uses high quality ingredients and makes amazing products. I always loved peanut butter but this is next level indulgent peanut butter. The flavors are absolutely amazing and change weekly. This company has gone viral three times. The owners and marketing team actually listen to the customers. I absolutely love the freshness and taste. Customer service is second to none.
If you want an indulgent treat for you or to gift this is definitely your company. Fast shipping and packaging is perfect. 10/10
