Great price, very fast delivery. I got my new Franke waste disposal as promised, on time and £20 cheaper than anywhere else online. I’d never heard of Nesstar, but I’d definitely use them again 👍🏻

Excellent service
The sink arrived on time, and the delivery driver was helpful and cheerful and delivered it properly (too often parcels are dumped and the driver has gone before I open the door). The sink appears to be in perfect condition. It was well wrapped and protected against damage in transit. It’s being fitted in two days time.

Damaged on arrival but resolved promptly.
Originally seen the franke sink on Amazon but noticed the seller was Nesstar so checked out their website and got £10 off the Amazon price.
Delivery was really fast within 2 days but upon inspecting it yesterday before the plumber showed up today there was a crack in the sink. This can happen to any company so I am not blaming Nesstar and the real test will be how fast this can be resolved.
Did try to contact them yesterday and today but it is a weekend so wasn't really expecting much. I've emailed them now instead so hopefully someone will get back to me tomorrow.
EDIT : First thing this morning a really polite lady phoned to apologise and arrange for a new one to be delivered tomorrow. Also went above and beyond to say she would get someone to check this one over before sending it out to make sure there is no issues. Great customer service.

Bought off Amazon
Bought off Amazon - arrived in good time when arrived it looked very dull so decided to send back - this cost me £129.99 they refunded me £3.23 as said it was damaged by the carrier and i have to chase a claim with the carrier, do not buy they are not nice to deal with - Amazon now chasing my refund

As discussed over the phone, the Amazon return cases are authorised and actioned automatically by Amazon, not ourselves. Therefore, we hold no liability with the return courier. As per Amazon return policies, the reason for return as stated by yourself does fall under the responsibility of the buyer. The policy also states all goods must be returned in an undamaged and original condition.
A full refund has now been issued as a gesture of good will.

We purchased a Liquida LG150WH1.5…
We purchased a Liquida LG150WH1.5 granite sink approx 16 months ago. Delivery was next and initially we were very pleased. It was installed by a professional plumber. However it has developed a small crack/split around the half bowl drainer. Although it came with a life time guarantee Nesstar will not replace it. They say we are to blame. Hardly as we are very careful OAPs! Do not buy from Nesstar as the guarentee is worthless.

Speedy deliver
We needed a new waste disposal to replace our existing Franke unit, so decided to go with another Franke as the last one lasted nearly 20 years. I found one on B&Q but as it was shipped by Nesstar I thought I would check their site and got a discount off the B&Q price. I ordered Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning. It's fitted and working already!

Great product
Great product. The bowl was slightly smaller than our previous one but not a show stopper. Very fast delivery. Nice looking sink . Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Prompt dispatch sink and taps
The sink and taps arrived quickly and well packaged. All looks fine. Excellent quality as you expect from Franke. Not installed as yet so unable to comment on the practical side.

Item looks to be good quality, arrived quickly, very well packed, original box over boxed,air bag impact protection strips added .Product is heavier more robust and substantial than I expected, good news all round.

Liquida 1.5 bowl granite sink
Having purchased a sink with at best vague instructions,I damaged the sink attempting to knock the tap hole through ( both sides are part drilled so the sink can be left or right hand drainer ).
Nesstar have always been courteous and professional in replying to my concerns. They have sent a replacement sink,for which I am grateful.
As a tradesman I wish I had ignored the instructions when attempting the tap hole on the first sink.
I did so on the replacement and drilled the hole from above with a diamond hole saw ,which worked perfectly !
Now the sink is installed I am very happy with it and Nesstar’s communications
