I was a tenant in nestaway I want share experience from customer service team I raised an enquiry that payment was not reflecting in dashboard they helped within an hour resolved great response from the team

Hi Nestaway Team,
This is very bad experience, I have faced in nestaway, horrible experince, I have deposited an amount of Rs 28600, After 1 month deduction & Cleaning charges, I have to get Rs 7100 but now nestway is not returning back the money. Nestaway customer executive (Anil & Sowmmya etc.) are telling once owner return back the amount we will credit to your account, whereas Owner is not aware of any refund to give to nestaway for credit to Vacating tenant. For Rufund I am feeling like begger & felling sandwich between nestaway & Owner. Customer executive does fake commitment, kindly dont relay on them. Also, 7 to 14 days returning the refund is fake, Same is written in company website. Nestaway office is in HSR layout in banglore, I am feeling like to lodge a FIR under IPC 420. #Nestaway

When I came to Bangalore in 2023, finding a home was a nightmare considering steep deposit amount. However, with Nestaway I found the right place within my budget and deposit was of just 2 months rent unlike other portals. I got my rental agreement as soon as I moved in. Whenever I raised any complaints they were answered and resolved within the communicated time. Overall, staff is helpful.

My name is Charumathi, from sarjapura Road. Yesterday i happened to book a house for rent which is in Ideal Home township, RR nagar.

With whatever the message I had received from Nestaway to contact Balaji and Mohan. Tried my level best to reach out to them.
Mohan later took the call and told me to share the payment details with him on WhatsApp.
As he saw that i had booked it without visiting he got furious with me and spoke to me in a harsh manner saying.( I do have the audio call recording) .. How can I block the property by paying. To this my answer was...I know the area very well, as I used to run my business centre there. As per my previous experience with Nestaway. Though they had taken few of them to the spot to visit. The first couple who walked into the property, they liked it and they immediately paid and blocked. That's the reason i had to go ahead with my payment. But this looks very bad to your sales team.
Yesterday whole day i tried reaching out to Nestaway costumer care, no response, later tried reaching out to Mohan and Balaji, they seem like they don't care for any Customer service.

I infact written to Mohan about my predicament on getting this house. He also seems like not bothered types.

My request to yourself if you people do not want to follow the protocol system. Kindly remove those options from your app. So that customer like us will not be going through this tensions.

I now need my refund as it is your sales team acting weird.

These scammers charged me 4000 Rs. For bulbs that were never there at the time of moving in and then said sir you don't have video to prove that bulbs were not there. They charged for every little thing including sliding doors double the amount that any carpenter wil take plus painting charges of 20000 rs even when they didn't paint the apartment in the 2 years of my stay. Ugly scammers. God give them what they deserve for karma all its management and employees who support such dishonesty and harassing customers.

Unfortunately, I have been a customer of Nestaway. They take advantage of owners, do not deal with tenants properly and cause financial losses to owners. They have failed to collect maintenance charges from tenants and also let tenants abscond without paying dues. And then they charge the owners with these losses. I have lost money because of dealing with Nestaway and regret my decision to go with them. Do not trust your precious home for renting out with them. Extremely unprofessional company with zero sense of customer service.

Fraud company. I was a tenant earlier for 5 months. They charged me for already damaged items which were not working even before I moved in. No proper support team. Better to talk to owners and rent houses directly these people are Fraud

This is one of the worst services you can rely on to rent in Bengaluru. They do not repair there accomodations before you move in, their ground staff is absolutely absent so when you move out they make you pay for faults that existed before your stay as well and the customer support even after repeated communication is very unhelpful. There is no way to get your point across and you end up losing a very large amount of your security deposit. I would really discourage anyone to rely on this service based on my experience.

They have charged unnecessary charges. They don't give security deposit refund within time frame. I still didn't get refund It's been more than 1.5 month. You have to take many follow ups with nestaway. They will try to deduct many unacceptable charges while returning deposit. Horrible experience. Customer care team also not helpful.
