Nestaway Avis 

This is regarding my experience with Nestaway.
Property ID: 51737 {Bangalore}

At the time of MOVEIN you may be treated as provileged.
But remember when you MOVE OUT you will be treated as dumbs and not to mention the mental agony.

When i moved there were some pre-existing issues, which were shared duly with Nestaway/Zenify team and acknowledged.

At the time of Move out they raked up pre-existing issues and deducted handsome amount from security deposit.

Note1: If they didnt find issue in first inspection which is infront of tenant , they will cook later once you handover the keys and left the property may be few days later which happened in my case.

Note2 :They can change agreement without notifying you and exhort more money out of you at the time of Move OUT.

Note3: They will keep closing the tickets without your consent. Just another way of harrasement.

Despite several mails/calls/ticket system (which is pathetic as you cannot reach decision making team, they are like BIG BOSS when they want they will contact you, one cannot reach them over call) they kept on saying that maintenace charges deducted are valid without sharing any proof.

Better stay away.... God Bless you if you are taking property from Nestaway

I want to give -100 actually. They will only loot your money. Charge you for things which were never mentioned to you before. I had kept the proofs for painting since I didn't receive a painted house. But still I was charged for it. The refrigerator was working as per the move out video still they chrged me saying it was not working. Even after moving out I got calls for refrigerator repair. They created a fake request for the same in my name although I have moved out. If ur in hyderabad and come across property manager named balaji , or viswajeet he comes for inspection don't move ahead with the deal. These two are biggest liars. Won't give any info, or clearity later on while move out will chrge u saying you had received the details in your mail. Nestaway never sends you any mail while move in. No video thts the only proof of the house while move in will be shared to you. Even if you make one yourself and show it still they will do whatever they want. So it's better to go to some owner directly rather than nestaway. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible company, pathetic customer service.
US owners, beware, for any service request, they will call you at the middle of the night, and regardless of whether you take their call, they will simply close the request without acting on it.
I asked for a home inspection with photos on Nov 14th, and created service request CC_08647906 same day. They "resolved" the issue on Nov 18th, saying they are "working on it".
Today is December 7th, and no inspection report, even after 10-12 reminder emails.
This is just an example, there are many, many such instances

I curse the day I rented my property to Nestaway. My Property is in Banglore. They made my heavenly home hell. I recently visited my house and it is still a nightmare for us. I cannot explain the damage they have done to our property. No one wants to see their home in such a miserable condition.

Pathetic service. they will put unnecessary charges on you and younwont even get 20-30% of your security deposit

My experience with nestaway has been extremely delighted. Well furnished houses, Hassle free movement in a pocket friendly budget. Way of approaching customer and planning their visit has been quite satisfied which you don't experience through local broker/sites.

Great properties listed on Nestaway. Seamless onboarding too.

This is a fraud company. Please do not rent your property with Nestaway. They are unprofessional and do not take any responsibility if tenants do not pay rent.
We are suffering since many days to get back the money which Nestaway owes us. They have also damaged the house extensively.

Nestaway is a home away from home! The ease of finding houses, the pocket friendly deposits and hassle free move in process and amenities is what you will find here!

Nestaway has made life easier & a fun place to be. Away from home it is difficult to survive but this amazing stay has made impossible possible.

I have been staying in nestaway flat for 1.5yeras and i have recently moved out. My experience with nestaway is not at all good
1.Area manager gets changed and you will not have any intimation.
2.when you move out they falsely charges thousands of money just to reduce your refund and when you raise a ticket for it they will simply say no it can't be waved off
3.They gave you a utility bill of some xyz amount and state that you have not paid it.
In total nestaway is a scam and please guys just avoid their service. If you are already with nestaway what can you do to avoid additional cost

1.please make a proper video of what is there in the house like ammenities what all they have provided. There will be a chances of nestaway telling you that they have given those things to you but in reality they have not.

2.Be in contact with your area manger all the time. If changes happens be sure you get new area manager number.

3.when other people in your flat moves out nestaway charges you for the damage in property as well. Make sure to recheck whether the items they are highlighting is damaged or not and do raise a ticket immediately.

4.Read your contract carefully and try to understand hidden charges

5. If you have not moved in and planning to move in please do think and if unavoidable please take a complete video of flat and then move in

Nestaway has made life easier & a fun place to be. Away from home it is difficult to survive but this amazing stay has made impossible possible.

I got a flat in jaipur through nestaway.The reason we trust these app's is because it has a good image and name in the market. But it is so disappointing that they don't behave professionally . No one is ready to talk or help if there's any emergency or something needs to get fixed. No help. Plus the saddest part is that this company has policy of giving the refund back within 7 days. I have not got my deposit yet.Also I've put an E-mail to the concerned team but no response. Bad experience. Worst app.
