All questions I had about the product were answered in a quick and friendly manner by customer service. Great product with a great purpose! Would definitely recommend!

My daughter is nine and has always had trouble getting to sleep. She tried all ways of wrapping herself up in blankets but couldn't get to sleep at all. Since night one with the Nesti, she has been going to bed and straight to sleep. I still can't believe the difference it has made. I was sceptical but it's truly changed her life.

He nesti is fantastic. I have it for my 8 year old with ASD. She gets into it the minute she comes home from school to help her decompress. She struggles with sleep and has started sleeping it it. Her sleep has much improved and winds down so much quicker when wearing it.

Found the Nesti on Instagram. Showed my 12 year old son who has ADHD and he was keen to try it to help him have restful sleep. He especially liked that it was created by young men who experienced restless and ADHD.
It has been a success.
The ease to buy and speed in which it arrived was excellent.

Our 9 year old really suffers with settling to sleep. For the last few years he always insisted on sleeping and even walking around in a sleeping bag so we knew that cocooning or swaddling himself enabled better regulation but sleeping bags are hot (!) and cumbersome where he risked falling over on stairs etc.

We bought a Nesti and he absolutely loves the product - not just for his comfort, but that fact that it was bought especially for him, and is designed for people with his needs. He sleeps better and feels a real sense of comfort and regulation from this product and I no longer fret about him tripping all over the place or overheating! 10/10 recommend :)

I was worried about the fabric feel because this autistic grandma is very fussy about man-made fibres next to my skin, but this is lovely and produces little static. I have never been a 'good' sleeper, and found the Nesti a bit weird for about a week, but I persevered, and now find I fall asleep quickly, and sleep very soundly. I hate having my feet enclosed at bedtime, so I don't use the foot-pouch part of it, and it rides up a bit, but is easy to adjust. If it's any help in choosing sizes, I'm a size 16-18 and went for a size large, which isn't too snug, but snug enough for me. Recommended

I kept seeing the adverts constantly popping up whenever I was online. They obviously overheard me speaking about being desperate for something to help my son feel safe and help him sleep! I was a bit worried about spending that much money on something else that might not even work for him.. but it has been worth every penny. My ASD son is obsessed with his nesti. He prefers to wear it without clothes on underneath and he hates taking it off. If he could he would wear it all the time. I’ve also noticed on days where he hasn’t got it on in bed he asks to be cuddled tight to fall sleep. We’ve had it since November now and we couldn't live without it. Even after so many washes it’s still amazing quality.

After debating whether to risk so much money on something I wasn’t even sure would work , or if my 5 year old granddaughter would even try on , I bit the bullet and ordered one.
My granddaughter struggles with transitioning, is neurodivergent, and regulating after a day at school is extremely difficult.
It did take about 2 weeks to arrive by Royal Mail , but our postal service is a bit hit and miss anyway.
She was a bit unsure about stepping inside it at first but once she was in it she immediately became calm and sat on the sofa, I couldn’t believe how quickly her whole demeanour changed. She was so relaxed and regulated I was completely shocked . Our Nesti has completely changed the exhausting meltdowns after school and has also made bedtime a lot easier. She absolutely loves it and you can see how content she is when she snuggles in and puts her hood up, she completely disappears sometimes.
It’s so easy to wash and dries really quickly , I am so glad I made the decision to order one, it’s been a complete game changer !

For a company who say they are ethical and for ND's overstimulate stressed out such poor customer service adding not helping. Would not recommend these people at all. Frankly dishonest and unhelpful.

I absolutely love mine I’m 40 years old and love it asked my sons to get it for me for Xmas i would recommend didn’t realise had some bad reviews but I honestly love it I guess it’s one of those things some think great others think not worth it can’t comment on how long it took to come as my son ordered it

My son had a Nesti for Christmas from his grandparents after I came across them on Facebook. He loves it and uses it every day. The gentle compression helps him to sleep without making him hot. He also likes to wear it when chilling at home. It's really versatile too with different ways of wearing. Will definitely be purchasing another.

A joke. Charge £49 for an item which can be bought on Amazon for £17 - and Amazon deliver next day, whereas Nesti takes far far longer to arrive! So long in fact that one can only assume they ship direct from China - something Temu also does, yet Temu's extremely high quality product, which looks and feels EXACTLY the same, costs £14!
I returned it, unopened, as agreed with them - and I've waited weeks yet still have no refund! This despite numerous emails from me and false promises from them!
Like most companies that advertise on ebay, Nesti appear to simply be Chinese importers, who run rings around themselves to try to avoid admitting that. I asked in emails, clearly and repeatedly, if this was the case: they did everything possible to avoid lying AND to avoid telling be the truth - that's a skill but it's very transparent!
I WANT MY REFUND!!?

Very poor customer service
Item wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to have been, emailed customer service but they haven’t been helpful in the slightest.
I’ve ordered a different brand now but I’m £48.99 down. Avoid

Ordered my Nesti at the end of November and there's still no sign of the order.

The customer service replies to mail are vague with no particular explanation.

Also, they say that the courier may have delays but for the over a decade of my living in Ireland, the post has failed me only once.

I sent them a screenshot where it clearly says the post received an info but not an item. Looking forward for an answer and hoping that my pod will arrive at least but definitely won't be buying again there.

Avoid this company.
My order is now over 3 weeks late and still has not been delivered. I have contacted Nesti well over 50 times via email, Instagram, and public comments and have been ignored repeatedly.

I was given vague assurances that my order had been dispatched, yet no tracking, no delivery, and no meaningful response has ever followed. Despite clearly stating that I would escalate the issue and that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (failure to deliver goods without undue delay), the company has continued to ignore me completely.

This is not a one-off delay – it is a total lack of customer service, accountability, or communication.

Taking customers’ money and then refusing to respond when goods are not delivered is unacceptable.

I strongly warn others not to order from this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect replies, updates, or resolution. I am now forced to escalate through my payment provider.
Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
This has caused me a lot of stress and I've spoken to loads of people who have had the same experience.

I ordered a nesti pod as a Christmas present on 2nd Dec. Still not arrived. Apparently it's been dispatched to Royal Mail, but they say they haven't received it yet... Hugely disappointed, and it's not a cheap product!
Update 15/12/26 it arrived! Maybe it was just Royal Mail who was to blame...
It looks lovely and soft and stretchy. He hasn't tried it out yet, as it's a xmas pressie, so I'll update once he has!

Poor show. Many people experiencing the same problem. Items not being delivered. Well over a week with no dispatch despite paying a lot for delivery. Company keep promoting their page but have no stock to actually give out. Avoid. I believe the item comes from alibaba as the delivery comes from alibabas transport company. Save yourself £30 and order from alibaba direct where its only £11.99.
