Revised Review. Today I received a full refund. Tomorrow I will replace my order. I have had great experience with Net 32 in the past. This was my first problem.
I have yet to hear a response. There are, however, several certainties. I was charged for a purchase that was never delivered. After 2 weeks I was told that the purchase was cancelled. I then placed a new order but noticed immediately that the delivery address was wrong. I cancelled that order 30 seconds later. Then a few days later I was notified that the delivery was made to the incorrect address. That's when I registered the complaint but have not heard anything since.
