Amazing quick delivery

Amazing quick delivery, exceeding my expectations. I no longer need to spend hours thinking what to get someone physically in store when I can just browse online and have it delivered same day.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish! The order was delivered on time, beautifully presented, and exactly as expected. The recipient absolutely loved it, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Delivery was on schedule. Updates were helpful. Navigating the website was easy and placing an order was user friendly.
It would be nice if one could include more than one item from the website in a present package to a particular delivery address with a single trip delivery charge. As a frequent shopper on the Netflorist website, this improvement will be welcomed.

Very very Happy Client

Step by step communication as to the parcel's delivery prosess. Professional and prompt service making someone's day perfect. Putting a smile on everyone's face witnessing the joyable experience of the recipient of the surprise delivery.

Delivery failure 2 time 3rd time lucky?

I place and order June 26th and they said same day order. I then waited for 8am to phone and give clear instructions for the delivery to be delivered at 12 or 1pm. They only sent the order out at 16:30 and the driver had no idea where to go and so was not delivered. Monday 29th came along and again phone 3 4 times to check on the order explicitly request 10am expecting 12 for the order to be delivered. Went out at 11:45 and never made the destination again.2 days 2 fails. You cant speak to any one in charge to fix it. Today they sending it out again and told they have no control on delivery time .... Netflorist used to be good used to care about the delivery times and making people happy. I have escalated the situation but nothing will come. also wasted over R100 on airtime following up. Some one needs to be accountable for the drop in service by netflorist... But i guess they have grown so much nothing will happen to fix this. Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service! The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and arrived exactly as promised. The recipient was thrilled, and the bouquet looked even better than the photos. Great communication throughout the process and excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to send beautiful flowers with reliable delivery. I placed the order last night & was…

I placed the order last night & was expecting the delivery to be made late afternoon. Boy was I wrong, I was kept in the loop & delivery was made within 2 hours of notification it was out for delivery. My go to place for any occassion

Saved us on Father's Day with great product and delivery

We realised on the sunday morning of Father's Day that we hadnt ordered a gift for my father-in-law. We ordered on NetFlorist's site a personalised biltong hamper, at 11am on sunday morning and it was delivered at 5pm on the same time - NetFlorist saved us. That was very impressive (especially on a busy day like fathers Day).

What shocking business…

What shocking business practice…splitting 2 gifts for the same person in 2? Waste of diesel/petrol! Huge footprint, environment be damned! Wasting time waiting for same split order, wine first and perishable flowers whenever, wtf? No contact or tracking of drivers! Maybe out to lunch, who knows! Can’t order without subscribing to inane emails…first and last order! And unsubscribing immediately! Maybe management should take more interest and read the terrible reviews and DO something about it…it’s called constructive criticism!

Delivery promise not fulfilled.

I ordered flowers gor my wife in Somerset West after her hip replacement operation yesterday evening. I was made to understand that the delivery will be today. It is now past 6h00 at night and still nothing delivered. I shoild heve used a different company.
