I had a large order with Netmarket and unfortunately one of the parcels was lost by the delivery company. This was obviously stressful at first, especially as the tracking showed everything as delivered.

However, despite the issue being caused by the courier, Netmarket handled the situation extremely well. Their customer service was responsive, polite and professional throughout, and they took full responsibility for resolving the problem.

They investigated the issue, kept in touch with me, and sent a replacement parcel with all missing items. Everything arrived safely in the end, and I received my full order.

I would especially like to thank Lisa for her help and support during the process — it made a big difference.

Issues can happen with any delivery service, but what really matters is how a company responds. Netmarket clearly cares about its customers, and this experience gave me a lot of confidence in ordering from them again.

Great prices, good selection, and excellent customer service. I would happily recommend them.

I was skeptical at first but the price is unbeatable so I bit the bullet and placed the order. Literally arrived in 2 days, nicely packed and I paid 1/2 price compared to Amazon for 3 times the quantity.

Excellent! I’d been looking at used quality cooking stuff. Theirs came up on a search, with a very good price and comment saying used and slightly damaged. I requested photos which they sent back in a few hours. I ordered and found that the item was actually brand new and the damage was miniscule. Bargain!

Very ,very BAD EXPERIENCE. I ORDERED ON THE 30TH OF APRIL AND AN AMOUNT OF R214VWAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
THIS COMOANY HAS TAKEN ANOTHER
AMOUNT MONEY FROM ME WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION. ITS UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM IF THEY DONT SEND MY GOODS AND REFUND THE SECOND AMOUNT THAT THEY TOOK.

Delivery was at the speed of light Excellent!! good deals also.

First time ordering from them, all items exactly as described, and extremely fast delivery. I'll be using them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered on Sunday evening, had a query which was responded to promptly and my order arrived on Tuesday. Can't fault the order process, level of customer srvice, delivery time and overall experience. Would definately buy from here again.

It's my first time using Netmarketplace after finding some items that were very competitively priced.
I was very sceptical but placed the order. I received confirmation but delivery was messed up by ParcelForce. Fearing the worst I raised a claim with Paypal without waiting for a response from them.
I am so sorry for jumping to the worst conclusion. Netmarketplace have responded fully to the Paypal claim and my email and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
I wanted to write a review (I wouldn't normally) by way of apology and to say thankyou for your support. I'll spread the word!

First time buying from Netmarket so was wary, and checked the reviews on here first as I'd previously had £350 taken from my bank after thinking I was ordering from a discount site that didn't actually exist.
I only placed my order yesterday afternoon and it has just been delivered! Was able to stock up on something I've been searching the shops for but unable to find. Very very happy and will definitely order again.

I randomly found this website while looking for eco feminine hygiene products (which they stock at a discount due to damaged boxes). I put in a minimum order to "try" them out, I found all the bad reviews afterwards.......however, my order turned up within 24hrs and all items where as stated on the website. I'm very happy and will use them again.

Poor customer service.

I ordered hair straighteners from here. They did not work so we emailed them. There response was slow. Then began by asking me to make sure it was plugged in correctly etc.
I sent a video in the end as they were reluctant to respond and offer a refund.
Eventually they explained how to return the item.
I have returned it tracked and had no further response from them. I am owed £39.99
They have now responded and indicated that the straighteners worked and they had put them back out fir resale. Although I haven't seen any evidence when they had asked me to provide my evidence it wasn't working which I promptly did. They have given me a refund but deducted the return postage payment.

The item i bought was faulty, and missing the parts. no communication, no refund.

Ordered twice from here and never had any problems. The items are very well packaged and sent extremely quickly, great prices too. Thankyou, will be shopping here again soon!

Be very careful ordering anything other than groceries from here.....ordered a Huawei watch @ £53,it was not compatible with my phone,they agreed I could return it,I did so at my own cost then was offered a refund of £29 as they decided to relist the watch at a sale price so I only get a percentage of that.....!!

It was my first order front this company as my kids were obsessed with happy hippos bars and they were selling them much much cheaper as close to expiry date. I ordered quite a few different products, all were clearly described so some might have damaged packaging, some might have bits missing, a lot are close to expiry dates but everything arrived quickly and exactly as described. Just read what you're buying to avoid surprises and you'll be happy! Great way to reduce waste, there should be more businesses like this!

I've only had great experience with this company. Very prompt delivery and some massive savings to be made. The food I've had has all been past it's best before date but has tasted fine.

Real bargains with quick free delivery for only a £30 spend absolutely no complaints from me.
