I purchased a $100 plan for security research, but the proxy service was practically unusable, with standard curl google.com requests failing 9 out of 10 times. When I contacted support about the failure, they banned my account instantly without any actual conversation or a refund, despite having used less than 2 Mbps of traffic.

Instead of addressing the massive influx of botnet loading on their network, this provider chooses to silence and ban customers who raise network performance issues. If you use this provider, you are routing your traffic through heavily compromised local networks that are actively being weaponized by botnets. Avoid them until they fix their local network isolation.

NetNut works well and the proxy speed is quite stable. I used it for accessing data from different locations and it performed reliably. The dashboard is simple to navigate. Pricing could be a little lower, but overall the service is solid.

Expensive, because they are reselling cheaper pools you can find up elsewhere.

Awful, because when called out "mobile" proxy pools contains full of ISP type of IPs, they will simply start to ignore you.

Terrible, because uses spam-ish email communication technique.

overall, stay away, they are bs provider, a primitive reseller with trashy support.

I've never added myself to some spam list for this company yet I'm constantly getting spammed by them, even when I ignore and block the emails I get more as they seem to think they may get a sale. Avoid this company like anything, just spam you non stop

Recently, I wanted to test their proxies, so I reached out to them. The support team treated me like trash — but that wasn’t even the main problem. The real issue was the pricing: the price they showed initially was completely different from the final price after purchase.

When I questioned it, the team threatened to block me — and they eventually did. This is a terrible company with a shady website. I wouldn’t recommend them even to my worst enemies. Total scam.
