Neu Neon Avis 41

I purchased an expensive custom neon sign from Neu Neon, and the quality and customer experience were both awful.
The piece I received was covered in manufacturing marks, including stray glue smears and stress fractures in the clear acrylic. The stand that was included was of very poor design and does not safely hold up the sign. The design also means that if the sign were hung at a later date, it would look dreadful. I should have read the warning signs when the package turned up packed in broken bits of polystyrene and sticky tape that was fixed to the acrylic that would be displayed!
One of the reasons that I decided to use Neu Neon was that they listed themselves as being in the UK. However, their manufacturing is completed and shipped from Turkey.
When I contacted them about my concerns, the only offer to put things right was a discount voucher for my next purchase. This will serve no purpose, as I would never order from them again, and suggest that anyone reading this looks elsewhere.

Website is full of stolen images and photography from many other brands, all have been contacted and more will be as we identify the rightful owners thanks to Google image search. Company information & address deliberately obscured to just a road name, no doubt on purpose.. Mrs Sar refuses to remove images when requested, legal proceedings to follow.

Extremely pleased with the neon sign purchased for my granddaughters bedroom.
There was a fantastic choice of text which helps make the design a bit more unique.
The tan arrived very well packaged.
I thought a screw top was missing and contacted customer services. I had a prompt reply and explanation… nothing missing just extras which I hadn’t realised!
I would definitely recommend buying from this company.

Left it very last minute to have a sign made for an event! I spoke to several companies that couldn’t help as they couldn’t turn it around quick enough, but these guys could! Excellent and prompt communication. Ordered the product for additional express delivery which was a bespoke design, made, shipped and delivered in 4 days. Can’t recommend them enough!
