‼️UPDATE: 6/1/26 - I received a very nice email from the Founder and he returned the payment. I have cancelled my subscription as of now. I will discuss options with the Founder and see if we can’t come up with a mutual solution.
Terrible customer service. Refused to help me. I had my account on PAUSE to get my issues cleared up. They took my account off PAUSE and collected $19 from my account. That is fraud. I have reported them to the Attorney General and filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not buy from them. I also reached out to the Founder on LinkedIn. Totally ignored me.

For context for anyone reading: the $19 was an automatic subscription renewal after your account has been resumed from a paused state, and the moment it was flagged we refunded it in full and canceled the account - no questions asked. Disappointing and expensive
I really wanted this to work. I attempted three videos from narrative style songs. None of them were usable, and two were so far off the vibe and lyrics that I wondered whether the generation was completely random. I didn't expect it to be perfect. I did expect to have videos that at least marginally matched music and lyrics.

You've put your finger on the hardest problem in this space: today's models match a song's mood and aesthetic far more reliably than they follow a literal narrative or lyrics line-by-line.
Three unusable videos isn't the result I want anyone walking away with. The single biggest lever for narrative songs is working scene-by-scene in the Storyboard stage - it lets you anchor each shot to specific lyrics instead of leaving it to the automatic pass. Neural Frames has been one of the most impressive AI creative platforms I’ve ever used. As the creator and producer of the symphonic metal band Orion Project, I needed a tool capable of generating cinematic, emotional, and visually epic music videos — and Neural Frames exceeded my expectations.
The artistic quality is incredible, especially for fantasy, sci-fi, and music video creation. The platform gives a huge amount of creative freedom, and the visual atmosphere it can produce is absolutely stunning.
Of course, like any advanced generative AI workflow, some scenes required adjustments and re-renders, especially for lip-sync and character consistency. But what truly impressed me was the support team. Travis and Liz were extremely kind, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. They listened carefully, reviewed my project, and even helped me with additional credits so I could properly finish the video.
That level of customer support is rare nowadays and shows that they truly care about creators and the community around the platform.
I’m honestly very grateful for the experience and excited to continue creating future Orion Project videos with Neural Frames. Highly recommended for artists, musicians, filmmakers, and anyone looking to create cinematic AI visuals with a unique artistic identity. 💜

To be transparent: generative video isn't perfect yet, and individual generations can miss - but the vast majority of our users create videos they're genuinely happy with. If yours came out broken, that's exactly the kind of thing we want to make right.

It's not for everybody
I had a positive experience with the first video I created, but unfortunately, the process has become increasingly frustrating since then. The program is currently plagued with bugs that make consistent work difficult.
Specifically, the editing process is unreliable; when attempting to make adjustments, the output is often nonsensical and doesn't align with the rest of the video. Unless you are an expert who knows how to navigate these technical hurdles, it simply requires too much manual labor for the price point.
To make matters worse, the support team has been unhelpful in resolving these issues. Given the high pricing, I expected a more polished product and better customer service. It’s a lot of work for the money you pay, and it feels like it isn't quite ready for general use yet. I canceled

On the bugs with editing - I'd love to understand more specifically what you ran into. "Output doesn't align with the rest of the video" could mean a few different things, and knowing exactly where it broke for you would genuinely help us fix it. Even a quick reply with the project name or a screenshot would mean a lot.

Trustworthy and solid
1. The ease of using the platform is number 1 reason for the review I’m giving.
2. There are a few chinks but I’m sure in the coming times it would get better
3. The quality of my videos has improved in the last 3 months.
4. The pricing is a tad bit high, but I’m sure for a good end product people should shell out some serious money.
5. The support team is fab. I had issue with my video, they reverted sorted out the issue and credited back my money which went out due to the issue.
These are the reasons I would continue sticking to them and hopefully come out with more powerful tracks soon.

Brutally slow
Brutally slow, even the smallest edits take a long time, and they still don't look right. Generates typical AI slop. And you have to spend all day going back and fixing bugs. I think it's too soon for this type of service to run smoothly. Has a long way to go. I would give it a couple of years, it's just not there yet.

I would give Neural Frames 5 stars…
I would give Neural Frames 5 stars except I was never able to use it to its full potential. They are excellent with their customer service, 5 stars for that. I was charged for a 1 year subscription that I had not intended to do so I wrote to the customer service team and within 12 hours had a full refund. Very impressive. I will certainly give it another go in the future perhaps when the platform becomes more user friendly. It could be just me not able to use the prompts properly. But overall, I was happy with my experience with Neural Frames.

I’ve been using it for a while
I’ve been using it for a while, I’ll pay a monthly subscription and to create one video that cost £30. I have easily spent £90 in one day. it’s a lot of money and the amount of mistakes and when the character doesn’t look right. I’m usually lumbered with a crappy video. desperately seeking an alternative that is easy to use. I have noticed quite a lot of these AI apps try to rip you off.

I like how it puts it into scenes before you make the choice but either the ai is young or its done on purpose but the characters clothes arnt consistent, towards the ends scenes the woman i was suppose to meet had a white jacket, then in next scene she was wearing black and in the final scene she was wearing a silver jacket. It gets you to spend credits changing the scene fixing THIER MISTAKE.

I was not happy with the result, contacted them and they refunded me in no time. Was really surprised after reading some of the negative reviews here. Will be using their services again in the future.
Update: I forgot to mention that I have used their services before and produced incredible result. This time was different and they refunded me without any questions.

Customer support 10/10, platform .8/10
Their customer support is the sole reason this isnt a 1 star review. they are very good. But the platform itself is not. I needed them for the entire 2 songs that i tried to do lyric videos with but honestly i just sent them to my band for laughs becuase it was so off it wasnt even funny. well i guess it was funny. I tried this once, ran through my initial credits i paid for almost instantly then paid freakin 40$ more and i regret doing that. Capcut is where its at just saying

You're putting your finger on two things we hear and take seriously. The first is that lyric video output quality is inconsistent - some songs come out great, others miss the mark entirely, and that gap is frustrating (especially when you've paid for credits to get there). We're actively working on this, and lyric videos specifically are getting meaningful improvements by the week.
The second is the credit model. When generations don't land, paying for them stings - that's a fair criticism and something we're rethinking. In the meantime, if you ever feel credits were burned on clearly broken output, our support team can and does issue credit refunds. That's a standing offer, not a one-off.
Capcut is a great tool for a different job — manual editing with full control. We're trying to do something different (automated music video generation from a song), and we're not all the way there yet. If you ever want to give it another shot with the lyric video improvements we have shipped since, reach out to support and I'll personally make sure you get credits to test it on us.

It was useless—I made my first subscription just to see how the platform worked. I paid €20 and I can’t even download the video I was editing. Many of the functions, like changing a keyframe, said they cost no credits (credit: 0), but after just a few clicks it was actually deducting credits from the ones I had purchased with my subscription. It’s a complete scam: they make you pay just to use the platform, and in the end you’re left with nothing.

Absolutely amazing experience - true AI creativity in action!
I uploaded my song, and Neural Frames did the rest.
It recognized the lyrics automatically, suggested the scenes and even the character - everything looked great right away.
After one click on “Create video”, it generated the full music video - smooth, emotional, and exactly on point.
