Awful company. The adverts show bottles with 60 capsules, when they arrive, they only contain 30! Even worse they immediately sign you up for subscriptions and send you the next month. They don’t reply to most emails and when they do the message tells you to follow links in their website to cancel subscriptions.-there is no link! I really feel like I’ve been ‘ had over’-avoid!!
I made a one time purchase on behalf of a relative to try this product, but this company automatically put you on a subscription ! I have emailed they to tell them to STOP despatching anymore of their products 15-in-1 Advanced Eye Formula, but they do not reply , also they advertise the product as containing 60 capsules, but the bottles sent contain only 30 capsules. I have told my bank to block any payments to them. DO NOT buy from this company. Mine is not the only bad review, other people have had the same experience !!!
NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. I ORDERED A ONE OFF SET OF 6 AND THEN THEY SENT ANOTHER 6 THE NEXT MONTH AFTER I INFORMED THEM TO CANCEL. NO WAY ON THEIR WEBSITE TO PAUSE OR CANCEL BUT WHEN YOU COMPLAIN TO THEM THEY SEND YOU A LINK WHICH I USED TO CANCEL BUT YET AGAIN THEY SENT ANOTHER ORDER! GOT IN TOUCH WITH MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDERS WHO DECIDED AGAINST ME SO ENDED UP OUT OF POCKET AND CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD AS SO OBVIOUS THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY BACKED THEM UP! FED UP WITH AMEX TOO !
I ordered this product around the end of Feb. Never signed up for a subscription that I knew of but a after I received the product I received a E- mail telling me me my next shipment is being packaged for shipping. I Contacted them and said I wanted it canceled they said it was ti late to cancel but they would get it stopped before the next delivery. 2 WEEKS later same thing more was coming Contacted them again. Same thing to late to cancel but they sent me a special link to cancel further orders .Went all there hoops thought I finally had it canceled and received another Email telling me my ordered is being processed. Be very careful if you order it's almost impossible to stop. We are on SSI and it's not affordable
FRAUD ALERT
Once this company has your one off payment details, they convert it to a monthly subscription. All communication is auto generated. The only way you can cancel is to block all future payments via your BANK. I’d forget about any refunds.
Do not purchase - very poor company - product ships from China. Tried to cancel my 2 bottles immediately after ordering they do not respond. They advertise on facebook. Do not buy from this Company.
the process to cancel this product is absolutely appauling, as is there customer service. have tried many times to obtain a refund and send the unwanted eye capsules back. They are not answering emails, I will now be doing a charge back with my bank.

Scam Company signing you up to subscription and refusing to refund, even though the website says 90 day refund! Their products are not what they claim, their advertising is misleading - just do an AI search to find out how bad they are.

I have recently ordered from this company on line and paid £51 then I got an email from them saying my second order is on the way I have not ordered. They have stolen £51 from me and. I have had this same problem with goda they obviously have put me on a subscription list I did not agree to this. They are scammers and thieves do not buy from them. The phone number you have for them on trust pilot is wrong it belongs to UMT paper mill I rang them twice. Say no to neurobella
