It was a simple process with a quick turnaround. I was walked through everything at a nice pace. The team made an otherwise tricky assessment pleasant and straightforward!

All the tasks were explained super clearly and felt at ease through the whole assessment.

I felt very at ease and comfortable while performing the tasks. The examiner was very accommodating and respectful. Overall I have no complaints.

I work in the apprenticeship sector working to support apprentices with Additional Learning Needs to ensure they have an equal opportunity to thrive on their programmes. I've had the pleasure of working with Emily and her team since November 2023 when we formed a partnership to allow our apprentices to be diagnosed with Dyslexia, as well as assessed for access arrangements which are core components to ensure we can fully support our apprentices, both in their assessments and in understanding their needs fully.

The level of support that we have received has been honestly amazing. Within our first meeting together, Emily helped us to scope out a customised process that would work most effectively for us (including incorporating access arrangement assessing into every diagnostic assessment) and our apprentices. After just one conversation, it was clear how much passion Emily and her team bring to neurodiversity support and delivering the best possible service to support this. This included creating custom guidance and processes for apprentices to ensure they fully understood the process and knew what to expect upon referral.

Every apprentice that I have so far referred has been treated with care and received exceptionally high quality support. Assessments have been turned around amazingly quickly for such a complex process with many moving parts and this has allowed us to get apprentices assessed without having to delay assessments or cause any disruption to their programmes.

One of the ironies of the neurodiversity assessment process is how unfriendly it can often be to a neurodivergent individual with so much to remember and complete. However, Emily and the team's clear passion for neurodiversity support has made the process as inclusive as possible with clear care shown for every apprentice. This has included creating customised solutions where needed for appprentices with unique support requirements, ensuring a tailored and personalised experience for each apprentice.

The reports provided following the assessments are insightful and provide massively useful next steps for us and the apprentices making next steps and further support easy to agree and implement. The inclusion of access arrangement assessing also means that securing the necessary adjustments for apprentices in their exams is incredibly easy, knowing that the evidence provided by Emily and her team will meet all assessment board requirements.

I would massively recommend working with Emily and her team, either as an individual looking to be assessed, or as a company looking to offer diagnosis support for your employees or students. Their genuine desire to provide the best possible service and champion neurodiversity makes them a pleasure to work with and I'm incredibly pleased that we made the decision to partner with them.
