Disappointing earpiece

My daughter has used the Neurosym device for a while now and has found some benefit from it. She is severely Ill following Covid in 2023 and remains unwell three years on. However the earpiece on these devices are of poor quality and are forever breaking. we have had two replacements from neuosym but the product does not last, regardless of how careful she is with storing and handling it. Considering the price of the product and replacement parts I would expect it to last more than a few months... disappointed.

Avoid Vagal nerve stimulation device

Vagaries nerve stimulation device. Very nice bit of kit to unwrap. Very expensive. It does not work for me but I intended to use their 30 day refund if it I didn’t work. Getting refund is a nightmare. No phone contact. Bots answering with we will get back to you. I may have to resort to Section 75 for getting a refund. I would not touch the product

Avoid at all costs!!

After seeing loads of great marketing on this product I genuinely thought it was a game changer but that was not be true.
Ive found that the device does nothing and the earpiece keeps slipping off .... I've tried on multiple occasions to contact them but I only get an ai bot who suggested I put tape on my ear to hold it in place.... like are these guys serious! The device is worth 700 euros but they can't get it to stay connected to the ear. Avoid at all costs

Love the product but no after sales

Love the product - it really helps me with pain and stress management. However, my ear clip has broken and I have finally found I can buy a new lead. It would be much better if there was a way of purchasing this and new chargers on the main site.
Also it is very difficult to contact the company. So far I have not had a response from the contact form and emails sent to the email addresses provided come back as un - deliverable! There is no way of contacting the company by telephone which is not good. I wish the after sales service was as good as the product.

I was introduced to this product by a friend who used it regularly and suggested I try it. I did and bought one for myself. I have found especially my reflux has reduced by 75%. I am less tired and feel quite energetic. I would highly recommend the buying and using this product for any kind of symptom that Doctors do not treat easily. Or give a prescription for and this is much better solution.

No help line and a Bot Chat that can not help me!

I have only received one email that wasn't an automated response.
There is no telephone number to contact re my issues.
I have voiced my dissatisfaction on Instagram and Facebook hoping that someone would contact me but nobody has.
I bought the device because I got fed up of waiting for my application for the VAT reduction.
They were very prompt at sending it out and I have been inundated with automated emails.
But nobody answers my emails about the supposed VAT reduction and if they received my form.
I am wondering if my emails are going into their junk folder but as their bot chat is useless and there is no telephone help line I have no idea how to contact a person to find out what is happening!
The total lack of response made me fill in a form online to return it and get a refund.
No surprise but I haven't had a response about that either.
They rely on automated responses to everything and a bot chat that isn't able to help.
You get an automated email asking if the problem has been resolved which if anyone read the chat they would know!
The automated emails say to email the care team if you have an unresolved issue. No one answers my emails or acknowledges receipt even when specifically asked for.
So if my email is in the junk folder how on earth do you contact them?!!
A robot and automated responses is not good enough.
The bot should transfer you to a person if it can't help but it doesn't. I don't think they have the staff.

My first week of using Neurosym....

Last week I wrote a negative review as sessions were prematurely terminating and device switching itself off. However, Parasym did reach out to me as promised on Trustpilot. They immediately offered a full refund + suggested a hardware reset, which so far has worked. They followed up with a personal call yesterday + listened to feedback on the order journey and device. I see this as a very positive response to critique. Obviously it's too early to say whether the device is helping my condition (CNSS, Tinnitus) but I have noticed improved sleep & HRV scores since I started using Neurosym and that is encouraging. I will update here in a month or so.

A great alternative to medication

I bought this neurosym as as a kind of last resort. I had little faith in it's ability to help with my chronic anxiety and insomnia. I didn't want to throw any more medication inside me and really didn't know where to turn. A friend who had already bought one was raving about. She really didn't stop telling me about how beneficial she was finding it. After some time she penetrated my scepticism and lent me hers, after experiencing the benefits I immediately bought one for myself. Despite the dent in my pocket I don't really regret a minute of it.
I'm aware that this is pretty cutting edge technology and I'm paying for that. Hopefully it will at some point be produced on a larger scale and therefore be more affordable.

Knowing that the technology is used as an implant for Vegas nerve stimulation for epilepsy I know it has a track record and isn't just fairy dust pinched out of the tail end of a rainbow. It's scientifically proven to have benefits.

My anxiety has decreased, I drop to sleep quicker and the quality is better, I feel my digestion has improved, my mood is more balanced and my neighbours cat has started to to run to great me, rubbing her chin, scenting my ankles but also with slobber (she's getting old). I've only had it for a month. I hope she calms down.

After reading about the benefits of the Vegas nerve stimulation It's given me some hope where previously I had none. I'd tried everything before this. Yoga, exercise , mindfulness, meditation etc. all have a benefit but as soon as I stop doing whatever it is my anxiety returns almost immediately. This neurosym is different. I hope it stays this way. I only wish I'd heard of it before I did.
I've also found the customer service very prompt, helpful and professional. I managed to damage my earpiece by sitting on it and they were very quick and helpful with the replacement.

Amazing customer support and resolution

I had some minor issues with ordering and shipping, but wanted to say that these were resolved so professionally and proactively. This device is an amazing innovation, and I am so excited to see how it supports with progress on HRV, thanks so much for your support
