The Customer Service is truly awful.

I had an issue with the Neutrogena lip balm, only a small issue and had the same issue not happened twice to me I would have binned the product and put it down to experience.

However as it turned out I have been introduced to a whole new experience, that of complaining to Neutrogena, and dear lord they are laughably inept.

As with most major conglomerates KENVUE palm their own responsibility for customer care off to somebody else and in their case it's Savi marketing GmbH in Germany.

The whole point of this seems to be to make the customer lose the will to live and give up.
Savi probably some marketing whizz came up with the word, because 'Savvy' it was this company is.

I would also use the words; sly, duplicitous and underhand.

Congratulations Neutrogena you've saved yourself the cost of a lip balm, I hope you get a warm feeling inside.

Die Bodylotion wurde von vormals 400ml auf 250ml verkleinert bei gleichem preis.

Habe das Peeling von Neutrogena 2 mal benutzt und meine Haut ist so zerstört wie noch nie. Trocken, Schuppen, Rötungen, Spannungsgefühl.

Why why why did you change the formula of the Ultra Sheer Clear face and Ultra Sheer Body sunscreen???? It took me ages to find a sunscreen that absorbed well, wasn't sticky and had none of that foul fragrance that most sunscreens have. What you have changed it to is now utter garbage - it is sticky, it has a fragrance, and it doesn't absorb. Awful...I would just like to know why...I absolutely loved the old formula. It was the only one I could wear.

Worse experience. I used face wash for Ace prone skin. After alot a research I ended up buying this product. What a blunder it did to my face. Swollen red face which was ready to bleed anytime. Not only that it gives you headache , heavy headache and heavy tongue as well. My throat also got swollen after an hour or so.
It doesn't mentions any of it in the description of the product when you buy it online but to save their ass's they do give a warning on the product bottle which could only be known after your purchase. Wao...

I tried using Neutrogena for my skin care and ended up with acne and more issues.

Unfortunately not only it didnt work out for me, but also gave me skin issues. Had to change to another brand.

Irreführende Werbung. Geld zurück bei Unzufriendenheit. In Wahrheit ist es ein undurchsichtiges Glücksspiel. Kundenservice unternimmt nichts.

Mit gratis Testen werben und dann hängt sich der Server auf. Prima!!!!

I bought the curcuma clear foam, it was specifically written “for sensitive skin”. I used it and my skin became suddenly red and warm. It was an allergy reaction of this product. It was like a sunburn but a lot more hurtful. I’m not going to buy this brand anymore. Be careful even if it said for sensitive skin.

Non solo non idrata, ma secca la pelle. Provoca fastidio e prurito, e lascia la faccia lucida, come unta, ma la pelle si secca. Prodotto da evitare.

I haven't seen any difference between this and 2$ hand cream other than price. My skin was also dry and cracking even with this worst product I have ever used when it comes to price/benefit. Low quality rip off company baiting customers with garbage product.

I've been using rapid wrinkle repair for 4 months now and I have not seen any improvement or wrinkle reduction of any kind dissatisfied with product not going to repurchase

I used the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair on my neck and décolletage. On the 4th day my skin was burned, red and it hurt. I immediately stopped using it! I am trying to repair the skin damage with aloe vera and moisturizer, but it still looks horrible and I am so angry that I even picked up that product to use it! I am concerned my skin will not heal from this cream.

Do not use Neutrogena creams or treatments for face if you’re have a sensitive skins, I used only one time and my face got reaction itchy and swollen face.

I bought the Neutragena acne face bar, All-In-One Acne Control Daily Scrub and On-The-Spot Acne Treatment for my 14 year old daughter. After approximately a month of using it, she stated it felt as though her face was on fire. I thought it meant the product was working and it would stop after a few more uses! I was totally wrong! Her acne became worse and she has burn scarring on her face! I can’t even begin to imagine going through this as an adult so I know as a teen it has to be much worse.
I called Neutragena’s customer care department and filed a complaint. I was told they needed the information from the products. Once my daughter got home, I took pictures and called the company back. I was offered a refund for the items. I refused! I told them I was going to call a lawyer and weigh my options.

I recently bought Neutrogena Skin Detox Facial Cleanser. It was one of the greatest mistakes of my life. The product caused excessive breakout - right after first usage literally overnight on the area where I used - on my jawline area. I don't know which other forums can I raise awareness. I called my cosmetician immediately and she said stop using it ASAP, it has very damaging INCI and never use it again. So I'm sitting here, cried my eyes out, my face is full of acne developed overnight. I do not recommend this product to anybody. Avoid it any cost.

Update: I had to take antibiotics. It is indeed toxic - according to my professional dermatologist and beautician as well!

una porcheria, la gente scrive che è rimasta colpista dal prodotto, quando io l'ho acquistato pensavo fosse ottimo, mi era stato consigliato, poi ho letto gli ingredienti, c'è il Petrolatum, ovvero un derivato del petrolio che serve per creare una patina sulla pelle e farla sembrare idratata, la stessa patina che si crea a mare quanto c'è del carburante in acqua.
Una porcheria, state lontani da questa azienda.
