Absolutely brilliant!! I think Dan’s course should be part of the national curriculum. Dan is very generous with his knowledge, doesn’t gatekeep information and has a very approachable down to earth manner. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no upsell at the end of his course like every other course that exists. No forced subscriptions or astronomical priced courses were offered. Overall , a very productive day with lots of useful info to take away especially the analysis spreadsheet. Finally, the biggest resource was meeting and making contact with like minded people who have already proved helpful. A huge thank you to Dan for the no nonsense and very honest delivery of the course. The other thing where Dan stands out is that he is genuinely interested in your journey and wants each one of the attendees to succeed and do well. He doesn’t dump you as soon as the course is over and stays connected and is very encouraging. I wish I had done Dan’s course 10 years ago so please learn from my mistake and do it now !!

Spending the day with Dan and the rest of the guys at the New2property event in Manchester was an amazing experience. I am at the start of my BTL journey and this opportunity couldn’t have come along at a better time. The event was structured in a way that clearly defined the right steps to take to be able to make your property investments a success. The open forum environment that Dan created made me feel really comfortable to speak up when there was something I wasn’t sure of or if I wanted to know more on the subject. I speak for a lot of the other people on the course when I say this was the thing that really set this course apart, and the way Dan made everyone feel confident enough to be able to speak up ensured every single person took something valuable from the day.
