When the fridge arrived damaged, I requested e-support and Laurellee responded just eight (8) minutes later. She was courteous and helpful and arranged to send a replacement part. But after 72 hours the fridge still would not cool to near the advertised temperature, so she accepted a return without debate.
I want to do more business with Newair in the future.

Newair is the company. Fern is the best representative in the business. I've been going crazy for years looking for a certain type of drain plug for my ice maker. Buying different types, water leaks everywhere, other reps and second hand businesses telling me they don't make them anymore. But Fern found them for me today immediately. I couldn't believe it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and had options for me. Ionie was very helpful with her emails and also with my phone call to order a part for repair of my beverage fridge. I initially thought they were helpful. However after selling me a replacement part with suggested instructions, a different looking part arrived and repeated requests have given me no help!! Now I am stuck with a broken beverage fridge and a useless part that bought!
