North East Water Softeners Avis

Very quick delivery of what I had ordered. Many thanks

Good service competitive price

Got some great advice and what I ordered was delivered very quickly. Very satisfactory. Would recommend!

Nothing to complain about.
I did interact via phone with the team at the time of purchase and shortly after, they were very helpful on both occasions.
Good product and service from this company.

Fantastic purchase. Came the next day. Very helpful on the phone. Great softener & customer service

Order delivered correctly and on date and time stated.
Very competent as expected.

Good information given from company, competitive price

Fast delivery thank you.
Simple replacement for failed unit.

change the wording of express delivery.
arrived late to its destination.
else i would have given them 5 star.

Ordered a tap for kitchen sink which was on an offer (20% discount) compared to the main dealership. My questions were answered via online chat and I received real photos of the product that I was going to purchase online. Once order placed, the delivery was smooth via DHL and the tap is awesome. Happy with overall experience.

Excellent, exactly what I needed and super fast delivery.

Fitted as arranged, noticed the difference immediately

My parcel was refused by my neighbour and was returned to the company. They provided a full refund and responded to all communication quickly, so I am very happy with the service provided!

Products good but deliveries a shambles. Orders sent as 3 parcels in 2 deliveries all to the wrong address. The goods were very heavy so difficult for me to move from my neighbour's house to mine. One parcel was not what was ordered so had to be replaced. A duplicate of the second delivery was sent to the correct address but had to be returned.

The company contacted me and apologised, stressing that this in not the level of customer service they expect to provide. They have issued a credit as compensation for the bad experience.

Very plesed with our water softener & ease to install excellent

Sam went above and beyond - delivery was prompt, polite and really helpful - ten out of ten!! Thanks!

Ryan explained everything very clearly and we are really happy with the softener, would highly recommend NE & Yorkshire Water Softeners

Brought a water softener housing. Through no fault of theirs unfortunately one of the folds in the sheet metal sections came in slightly the wrong position. Sent a few pictures and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out and the faulty one to be picked up quickly. First class company.
