I booked this in and received contact from Peter immediately confirming the job. The report I received was extremely thorough and I was impressed with their rapid turnaround. I would definitely recommend this company
Peter conducted a snagging inspection on our new build property. He was very thorough, and the detail in the report was great. We liked how the report was straightforward and easy to understand with respect to the positioning of the snags.
A really big positive is that Peter is extremely kind and approachable. We can email him with any issues, and he can add them to the report.
We would recommend Quality Snag to anyone looking for a professional and qualified engineer!
Peter was very helpful and honest.
He arrived on time and he spotted snags which we were never aware of and provided us a detailed report with pictures.
We recommend this company.
Peter Collins and Quality Snag have been excellent. They provide a very personal and yet highly professional service. At all times I was informed of what was happening and Peter inspired confidence and gave me friendly reassurance along the way. The snagging report itself was very thorough and detailed. Very professional, fast snagging service. I need snagging service urgently and Peter could provide us the service and report very quickly but really details. I would never be able to spot all these problems myself. Peter also answers all questions we have very patiently.Highly recommend for any new home buyer!
Excellent service provided by a professional chartered surveyor. He picked up on issues that I would not have spotted. His advice while at my property was very useful.
The report was very detailed and makes clear of the issue and rectification the builder needs to complete. The report was laid out in a user-friendly manner. Peter was able to answer all my questions following the report with further advice.
Highly recommend for any new home buyer!
