Misleading Promises and Zero Follow-Through – Proceed with Caution
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering New Co Capital.
I initially approached them seeking a traditional consolidation loan. Instead, I was advised to take a short-term loan with the promise that I could return in January to secure the long-term solution I originally requested. Based on that guidance, and in a moment of urgency, I agreed to move forward with the alternative option.
I later submitted all required documentation for the original consolidation loan and was informed more than once that I had successfully made it through underwriting. However, after that point, communication completely stopped. I received no formal approval, no denial, and no follow-up despite repeated attempts.
My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and consistency. I asked for one product and was guided into another, only to feel misled in the process. There was no clear communication, no documentation, and no accountability.
New Co Capital presents itself as a company built on family values, but my experience did not reflect that. If this is how they treat their clients, I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before entering into any agreement with them.

Stay Away if you want to save your money, $18K in interest for 20 days
I obtained a LoC for $60k, the process may have been easy, but I am never using them at all. After 20 days or so I made a full payment. For my surprise I ended up paying $18k+ in interest and fees for just 20 days. This is ridiculous. They are out to get you no funding should be that expensive

We understand that no one likes paying for capital, especially when it’s used over a short period of time.
In your case, we included an early payoff discount, which you elected to utilize, and we’re glad we were able to provide you with those savings, reducing the total cost compared to carrying the balance longer.
That said, this product is structured with a fixed cost and a built-in early payoff discount, both of which were clearly outlined in writing prior to funding. It is not a product where the cost is eliminated upon early repayment.
We’ve reviewed the file and confirmed that the terms and payoff were applied exactly as agreed. Based on our internal notes, our customer service team also provided clear and transparent explanations both before and after payoff, including a detailed breakdown of how the total was calculated.
We also want to be clear that our role is to apply the agreed terms consistently and transparently. While we understand your frustration, requests to adjust or waive agreed costs after the fact, or in connection with leaving a negative review, are not something we’re able to accommodate.
We recognize that every business wants to minimize financing costs, but the outcome here reflects the agreed structure and the discount you chose to take advantage of.

This group has been horrible to deal with and they will go in and take money without your knowledge and outside of their contracts. Stay away from them and Bridge Consolidation Group.
