POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN!
Yet again, I have to complain about the poor level of Customer service offered, when I asked to speak to the supervisor of the Yardley store on Saturday. She would not answer a query I raised; also leaving me waiting for 20 minutes! Also another member of staff who clearly was being nosey, decided to question me whilst I was waiting!
Obviously, there has been no attempt to address the negative experience I received at this store a few weeks ago by this senior member of staff. Some staff members need urgent training on how to deliver a positive customer service experience.
THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM SOME OF THE STAFF IN THIS STORE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I have been a loyal customer since 2018, and unless the behaviour of some of the senior staff is addressed, this charity could lose more customers, as this store isn't as popular as it used to be.
I must stress that there are some team members at this store, who are very polite and always conduct themselves professionally.

Value for money.
Excellent price of goods on offer. Items ordered were ready for collection within 2 days. Why spend time walking to lots of shops, when there is a fantastic service from New Life. Brilliant Charity!
