We used Newlywords to create a book for the retirement of a colleague. I am in my 70’s and severely technically challenged. Even I could figure out and manage the creation of this lovely gift with no difficulty. I love the different options for contributors to use (essays, photos, combos, collages, etc.). We had 150 submissions and not one single issue. Along the way, I had a few logistical questions and tech support immediately responded & we were able to complete the project on time. The finished book was amazing! The hardcover book printed beautifully on high quality paper. The pictures were vibrant and clear. The book was the highlight of the retirement party and I received several requests for the pdf version. And the preservation of a lifetime career in education in stories & photos was priceless. Thank you Newlywords! I will definitely use and recommend your product again …. and again!

Edited - Newlywords mishandled the initial situation, but they worked to correct it and ensure the book was delivered, offered a full refund to apologise for the problem, and the recipients loved their book when it finally arrived.
The printed book never arrived and support have not communicated for over a month with any reason why or any resolution.
Creating the PDF was a fairly tedious process, although allowing others to make direct contributions was helpful.
Newlywords immediately replied to this Trustpilot review but still no email or any apology direct to me - this speaks volume about the support they actually provide.

Newlywords was amazing. We used their service to create a book for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. Friends and family from all over were able to contribute to the book. The online site is easy to use. Various platforms are available for different types of messages. For my husband's 60th birthday, we used the short message platform for which you can include one picture, the collage which allows for longer messages and several pictures and we even used the meme platform. You do not have to be on your pc to complete the message. Many of my family from abroad were able to use the platform and complete their messages from their phones. The final set up was easy to do as well as the site allows you to re-arrange your pages, design a cover front page and back page. If all this sounds good, wait till the book arrives. The quality is exceptional.

There are not enough stars to rate this amazing company! I had an order issue and the customer representative that I worked with not only was fully able to help me but also texted me to follow up to make sure everything worked out! The book came out BEYOND anything I could have expected - it’s absolutely stunning.

Ordered a book for a retirement party. However despite paying for the expedited shipping it did not arrive until after the retirement party.

The order was placed on the 19th and the delivery estimate was 22-29. However this is estimate is provide only during checkout. There should be some type of notice otherwise I would have wrapped up contributions on the 17th.
The book is now scheduled to arrive on the 28th. Customer support was unhelpful and not able to expedite and their status only mentioned being sent to a printer for many days. Would not use them again. Given that their website and UI/UX isn’t particularly great.
