Newmen Avis 

I ordered Blumaan Cavalier clay 11 days ago, they sent it the same day i ordered and gave me tracking number that existed. Order was supposed to arrive within 2-3 working days as i ordered on friday so i waited till wednesday and when nothing came i texted them on thursday as they replied next day that there was a mistake so they resent it to me and if first arrived then i can keep both and as i asked for tracking they ignored it, then after 10 days they told me that blumaan delivery was delayed and they gonna send it 12 days after i ordered, i texted back that i want to cancel my order and get money back they left me on read. Assuming, i have no product, no money and no contact from them also they lied to me ar least 3 times. Totally would not recommend.

Do not trust this company. They sent me the wrong product ( their mistake). I told them so and the customer service agent got back to me lying by saying they will send me the right product which they didn't.
Do not spend your money there. Very dishonest.

Incredibly poor customer service. Second time I have had the misfortune to deal with them as they seem to be the only importer of Beardbrand products. The first time the item was simply not delivered at all and communication was a real challenge. They just don’t reply for days on end. This time, I need to return a product and again, no communication. They replied to initial message and I have messaged them multiple times since, no replies for 4 days. They full on ignore customers. The only available communication channel is Facebook messenger. No way to ring them. Unacceptable service.

Recently purchased a moustache comb from Newman. Service was excellent, comb arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. Very pleased with the item purchased; meets my needs and represents good value for money.

By far the worst customer service I've had to deal with. They take days to reply to messages and dragged their heels over a missing item until PayPal got involved. Even then I have not been refunded the return postage for an incorrect item I initially received from my order.

This company does not deserve your business and should be avoided.

Dreadful company. I placed my order with Newmen because they offered to deliver it the soonest compared to other companies.
My product is late & I'm still waiting for my product. They don't reply to emails & they take days to reply to Facebook messages. There's no way to call them so I can have a rant.
Luckily I paid through PayPal.
Simply dreadful. Steer clear!!

Unfortunately when receiving my product, the local royal mail depot didn't leave a missed delivery note, which resulted in a wild goose chase of the local branches and finally my product being lost in shipment.

All the same Newmen were great in the way they handled the return, shame I can't say the same for the royal mail.

By a mile the worst customer experience I have ever had. If you ever order from them I would recommend paying for recorded delivery because if anything goes missing, don’t expect them to be easy to deal with. Almost a month after the order should have arrived and I have no products and still out of pocket. Shocking!
