Mr Stephen wildgust

"New oak doors" supplied and fitted 8 oak doors to the ground floor of our house. There were many styles to choose from and the staff member was very helpful with advice. The friendly efficient installer arrived on the appointed day, he worked quickly and was very thorough in getting the doors absolutely perfect. We are extremely pleased, with our stylish new doors and plan to get the upstairs doors done soon.

The whole experience from quote request, order, delivery and fitting has been very easy. My special thanks go to the fitter who was polite, professional, clean and did a great job. We are very happy with the doors, they are excellent.

Web site easy to use. All staff were great. Cannot fault them

Excellent product, perfectly fitted, site left clean and tidy. The fitter is a credit to the company

Great job done by Malcolm...he replaced all our internal doors with new oak ones. We are really pleased with them. The work was completed as planned and on time. We would recommend the company to anyone wanting new doors.

From first enquiry to installation the experience dealing with the team has been first class.
The onsite survey of 16 doors was completed quickly and we were provided with an example of the door to ensure we were satisfied with the style and colour.
Once the order for the doors was placed we were kept informed of progress and the company was flexible regarding installation dates. The doors were delivered direct from the supplier and the fitting was completed over three days as agreed.
The finished product is superb and as it says on the website "you won’t know we’ve been, apart from the lovely new doors"

Excellent service on time and great finished product. 12 mth guarantee

Absolutely chuffed with the efficiency and professionalism - from Malc measuring and receiving the quote to the installation it has been plain sailing. Love the doors.

Thank you New Oak Doors! The whole process of getting our new doors has been very smooth and professional. Malc came and measured and brought a sample door. We were impressed and decided to ordered new doors throughout our bungalow. Fitting of the doors was booked in and we looked forward to having the new doors. Malc arrived with the doors and fitted them perfectly. He was very professional, tidy and clearly an expert joiner. The doors look great! Highly recommend!

Absolutely first class service all round, fitter turned up on the pre arranged date and on time, he was superb and a first class tradesman, smart, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. It's a rarity these days to encounter such good service and value for money, can't recommend these people enough. Will recommend and would definitely use again. "Thank you all"

Excellent professional service and good value product. Seven internal doors fitted, very pleased from start to finish. Highly recommended.

6 internal doors fitted non of them the same size! Fitter was excellent doors look fantastic

Had the doors done by Malc and he did such a great job we decided to have the stairs upgraded. Malc came back to do the balastrade in oak and glass and oak handrail. It looks amazing. Malc did a first class job nothing was too much trouble. He kept everwhere neat and tidy and explained all he was doing. Would highly recommend. Thanks Malc for another great job.

We had twelve 50 year old internal doors replaced and are very impressed with the quality of the new doors and of the fitting process. Everything went smoothly, if there were any problems they were quickly solved, and the house working areas were all left tidy and clean. Thank you for a superb job.

Excellent all round. The only problem I had was my own insecurity in using a company for the first time. I ordered my doors, with deposit, in September with the fitting date set for December 10th. In the interim, complete quiet. By December 3rd I contacted the company and was assured all was on target. Everything worked out fine, but I could have done with some reassurement in that three month period. My problem entirely! Malc was great. All mess cleared afterward and super fitting job. Thanks.

We have just had 11 internal doors fitted. Very happy with the service we have received. Excellent communication. We had one door that didn’t fit the standard size this was no problem as Malcolm the fitter came to measure and we had a four made to measure.
Malcolm fitted our doors , excellent service. The doors look fantastic really great quality and workmanship. Checked we were happy with everything and cleaned up after he had finished, so much so you wouldn’t have known we had any work done. Would highly recommend.

6 internal doors replaced, great service. Kept informed from start to finish and everything was left tidy after installation. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the replacement of 11 doors and a small bespoke cupboard door. Excellent fitting by Malcolm, with nothing to clear up and no touching up to paintwork required.
