Vision
In 2014, our founder and CEO Dale suffered a serious spinal cord injury while serving on active duty in the US Army. He seems to genuinely care about his customers. There customer service is awesome and very quick and efficient. Ther New Phase Blend Company also has great quality products. I love their products. They take my pain levels almost away.

The last order I received was horrible
The last order I received was horrible. It taste like tobacco. I don't smoke and haven't for a long time but I remember that taste. I called the number on your site on 9-23-2022 and talked to a man, I don't remember his name. He said he would send me a new bottle with a return label so I could return the bottle of pills I had, it never showed up. I was more than willing to send him what I had left, I had only taken 2 or 3 out of the bottle, they were horrible. I have purchased these pills before in the past and have never had a problem. I'm not sure why he didn't believe me and why he didn't keep his word and send out a new bottle. I won't order again.

User attempted to eat the soft gel pills, and didn't like the flavor. We highly recommend NOT eating the soft gel pills raw - they will not taste good. Please stick with gummies or CBD oil should you wish to taste the CBD product. Pills are not made for eating.
User was offered a free exchange, but we never received her original order back. We are more than accommodating when it comes to refunds and exchanges, but you must send back what you don't use.

Quick service, prompt shipping. So far (after 1 dose) the product works as claimed. Takes the edge off of my arthritis and other age-related pain.
