Received a cheap rubbish Drone from Hong Kong, not what was advertised, complete Scam !! Avoid this company at all cost !! Still dealing with my credit card claim with them.

Warning do not buy anything from this company orderd blood glucose monitor never ever arrived at my address traced the tracking numbers given by this company with royal mail and this was a tracking number for a parcel for someone in Cambridge, I live in leicester tried many times to get a refund from them but just being fobbed off buy them to look under bushes or try my neighbours for a parcel that was never ever sent to my home address this company are professional scammers please be aware

Absolutely the worst customer service. I tried to cancel an order half hour after my child accidentally purchased an order, They informed me it had already been shipped. I had not received any invoice saying the purchase had gone through, but the money was taken.

You did not send drone what i ordered only Chinese crap dont fly wrong size battery not working cam etc..

This is a scam. I was told I would receive the item “very soon,” that response was early October 2025. Now, November is ending and I have not received the product. I inquired about the status of my order several times, but I never received a response from them.

I ordered a product in September and have yet to receive said product. When I approached the company and let them know that tracking states the package is in Portsmouth in the US, last updated on 10/13/2025 (it's now 11/18/2025), I was told that the package was returned to them by my post office, yet they didn't receive the product.

Their solution, pay them more money to ship me a new unit or select a refund minus their shipping cost and inventorying the unit they said is lost.

Unfortunately, I have been scammed and hope that others will read this review and not be scammed too.

What a scam false advertising company"Newstimulant"
I ordered on tiktok that they advertised a S6 Max Smart TV box with fast shipping Not. I waited a month for it to be delivered and when it arrived it was not what was advertised and I purchased it was a MXQ PRO TV BOX basically useless can't do a damn thing with it.
I emailed the company telling them it's not what they advertise and I purchased and they're trying to offer me a refund of $5.
What a scam and I told them I want my full refund of $67 and done as soon as possible or else. I have not heard back for them don't buy one thing from this company they're corrupt.

I am contacting my credit card company to report them and the Better Business Bureau and TikTok. All you should do the same beware.

Please don’t bye anything from this website. I box MX a pro box. It can with none of the features. And on top of this I paid almost $60 bucks, and they only send $4.00 back. A total rip off. And on top that it took about 2 months before I received this poor box. Piss off.

Scamed me also. TV box was bas and they won't do anything about it. Took a month to get but the shipping label said long oak Illinois. Its a scam! It was only 50 bucks but its the point that they are doing this to people!

I also ordered a superbox off TikTok. Shipped a different box to me and tried to say it was the same.
I've gone thru PayPals dispute resolution center and have documented quite the case to get them blocked from paypal payment services hoping to save others the grief. They charge 39.95 and offered me 5 as a resolution. If they do this to thousands, they've created quite the scam.

Ordered a superbox s6 from this company on TikTok. They advertise this box get’s you over 1700 channels with premium channels. I ordered two boxes took over a month before receiving the package. What I received was TVBoxHD not what I ordered. I contacted them and they state that’s what I ordered. I have receipts of what I ordered the video of what I ordered.I have copies of this same thing happening to others. They are scamming people. Then they say we compensate $8.00 or $10.00 I ask for a refund or the correct product. Not getting any where with them. When it was shipped it said it was coming from France that was bullshit also, cause when I got the package it came from Chicago Illinois. And it looks like the company comes from Hong Kong no address no phone number just an email and I’ve been emailing them and I got copies of that too. Beware of this company there scamming you out of your hard earned money.

I order a smart box it’s been 1month still no smart box! I been getting the run around! I woke up this morning checked my banking account they have taken another payment out of my account! This company is a scam! STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

It has been over two months since I ordered the S6 smart TV box. It has been in Lincoln, Nebraska, for over a month now. I called the company and sent an email, but there was no time frame given. Worst company ever.

It has been over a month since I ordered this product and I still don't have it. The tracking information shows it has been in New York for the last 2 weeks. "Customer service" is a joke and is no help at all. Plus the other reviews on here say that they didn't even get the product that was shown on the listing and I'm sure that will be the case with mine as well if it ever arrives.
