Why does Nexoptrics, that sends out spam emails think I am going to buy anything off a company that is so unprofessional ?

Saw their advertising on X and bought a pair of glasses But the add is fake. The glasses are totally useless Cheap low quality plastic crap I wrote to them that I want to return them and get my money back. They wrote back they was sorry but because they was busy they will come back to me later. But I haven’t heard from them. It’s a scam company who steals your money. Don’t buy anything from them.

Very cheap plastic chinese junk,deceptive advertising,went to cancel order 5 minutes after i ordered them said they already shipped and cant cancel i got them todayand worse than what had read about them,nexoptrics is nothing more than a scam dont buy from them

Achtung! Geld Zurück Garantie ist extrem schwierig. Man wird beim Wiederruf hingehalten mit EMails ohne konkrete Angaben wohin die Ware zurückgeschickt werden kann. Alles auch auf Englisch!
Bis jetzt nach 3 Tagen keine Angaben wohin die Ware geschickt werden soll.
Bei mir haben die Brillen nicht funktioniert.

Basically their advert was in the Business Post, a reputable newspaper, so my guard was down. I was a bit surprised when I was ordering, that the 3 pair of glasses was ticked. So I ticked 1 pair of glasses and continued to the end of the ordering. But when I saw the summary it showed under confirmation of the order that I had ordered 3 pairs. But getting onto Help and Support was a waste of time. Result is €139.91 bill. I've changed my Credit Card meantime but a bit late. Reading the other reviews I hold out no hope. It's just a scam. It's based in Lithuania. What I can't understand is how so many blatantly scamming adverts are allowed.

Scam. Paid 150USD and they sent a 20USD pair of hyundai glasses. Won't respond to emails at all. Currently disputing with my card company.

Was mich besonders ärgert, dass YouTube solche unseriöse, ja kriminelle Werbung befördert und damit seine Nutzer schädigt.

I ordered a pair. Money was taken. No order confirmation in 3 weeks. 3 contact emails written and not a single one answered. Its a pure scam. Avoude it.

Bisher wurde leider nach Rücklieferung der Ware keine Rücküberweisung vorgenommen. Ich denke das ich den Verbraucherschutz und einen Anwalt einschalten muss. Das ist äußerst unseriös. Schau mer mal was rauskommt. Ich melde mich wieder um dann zu warnen.

Die Brillen sind minderwertig und haben in keinster Weise funktioniert. Die Erstattung der Zahlung ist ebenfalls nicht erfolgt, obwohl man mir zu sicherte die Erstattung durchzuführen, wenn ich die Waren mit DHL zurücksende. Nun bekomme ich als Reaktion auf meine Anfragen seit heute nur noch die Meldung mein Ticket zur Reklamation sei bereits geschlossen.
Da bin ich schön reingefallen, das ist betrügerisch! Ich muss alle Konsumenten warnen, macht nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich. Finger weg!!!
Dieser Laden ist unseriös, die Ware minderwertig und Ware und Geld behalten ist kriminell.
Den einen Stern gibts auch nur weil kein Stern nicht angeboten wird.

Die Brille ist absolute Müll. Nach lange Versuche, sie meinen Augen anzupassen, habe ich schließlich in den Mülleimer geschmissen. Das kann man nur als Betrug einstufen, denke ich. Ich kann nur raten, Hände weg von diesen Produkten

The parcel was sent back to them by Yodel without ever being delivered and without any any attempt to contact me with details of why they couldn't deliver it.

Absolutely incompetent. I have demanded a refund and since they're getting the parcel back, I hope they might honour their word.

I ordered 2 pair...they are CHEAP CRAP! NEXOPTRICS WONT REFUND LIKE THEY SAY....they offer first time around 35%...then the next offer will be 50%...then 75% - and when you turn that offer down & say you want your TOTAL REFUND, THEY JUST DONT ANSWER YOU ANYMORE!
I tried 7 different emails wanting to get an address to return these glasses...no success
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I bought a pair of these. They are ugly, uncomfortable and unless you keep your eyes perfectly still they are pointless. And they do not refund you when they are returned. I had to go through PayPal to get a return address, they just kept offering me either a £4, £6 refund to keep them. Still trying to get a full refund and I know they have received the glasses because I had it tracked.

Ich habe keine dieser Brillen gekauft. Vielmehr lese ich immer die Rezessionen. Vorher !
Nur so kann man sich noch vor der immer größer werdenden Flut von Billigprodukten schützen.

Schlimm, einfach nur schlimm!
Wir haben drei Brillen für meine Eltern bestellt. Abgesehen davon, dass die Brillen eine unmögliche Passform haben und ständig runterrutschen,funktioniert die Einstellung Null.
Wenn man dann zurückgeben will und sich auf ihre angebliche Garantie bezieht, geht der Horror los...
Ewige Diskussionen, jedesmal die gleichen Standardfloskeln ohne auf das einzugehen was man geschrieben hat und nach einigen Mails die Adresse an die man zurückschicken soll. Dort wird die Annahme verweigert. Dann geht das Spiel von vorne los und man bekommt erneut das Angebot man soll die Brillen für 70% Erstattung behalten (erst bietet man 50%, dann 75%, dann wieder 70%). Das ganze auf Englisch.

Ein Trauerspiel, das hoffentlich bald endet...

I ordered following a Youtube advert early December. It had not arrived by January 20th. Nexoptrics customer services gave me a tracking number which search resulted in did not exist. Then customer services in further email said it had been delivered, but "click this link:" which I did not do in case it was corrupt.
Now I see many reports suggesting a scam.
Reporting to Youtube. Can I get my money back? I paid £84.

Edit: I persisted in my complaint. I informed Youtube again, but still got no reply from YouTube.
Then Nexoptics email stated my glasses had been delivered by UK courier Yodel on 23.12.24, that was not the case. Nexoptrics sent me a tracking link, I put into a search engine, it purported to be Yodel stating delivery on 23.12.24 at 04:48 in the morning! No it did not happen. I reported to Yodel. I forwarded to Yodel a spoofed email purporting to be from Yodel, looking genuine, so they could track the source code of the email.Yodel security is investigating. I asked Nexoptrics for photographic proof of delivery, as UK couriers including Yodel as standard make photographic evidence of delivery. Nexoptrics did not supply the evidence. The email Nexoptrics sent me which arrived 27.01.24 disappeared after I checked the tracking. When I returned to it it had gone. There is such a phenomenon as self destructing emails. This must have been an example of this.
I checked my payment through Paypal. I discovered payment went to "Shopperoc By With Reach LLC" and my order for a single pair of glasses was doubled to an extra pair of glasses, two debits from my account.
Nexoptrics, "Celina", then wrote the package must have got lost in the post, contradiction of their earlier posts to me, and they offered a replacement, which I accepted as I thought getting a refund from a US company would be very difficult.

Edit 31.01.25. Updating the experience:
My request for a refund from Shopperoc, which took the payment on behalf of Nexoptrics has been granted and received today.

Schlechteste Brille ever! Kontakt fast nicht möglich ! Auf jede Mail kommt dieselbe Antwort das man sich meldet und dann hört man nichts mehr! Ich versuche jetzt seit einer Woche irgendeinen Kontakt herzustellen aber es funktioniert nicht!! Also Hände weg 🤬

Die Brille mit Sehstärkenverstellung wurde ordnungsgemäß geliefert. Allerdings mit einer "Shipping Pauschale" obwohl auf der Seite mit einer kostenfreien Lieferung weltweit geworden wurde. Meiner Meinung nach sind diese Brillen nicht zu gebrauchen. Wir wollten deshalb die Brille zurückgeben. Es wurde uns aber keine Adresse zum zurücksenden mitgeteilt nur ein Angebot über 35 % unterbreitet. Dieses Angebot haben wir nicht angenommen und auf das 30 Tage Rückgaberecht und die kostenfreie Lieferung verwiesen. Daraufhin kam wieder ein Angebot mit 50% (auf den Gesamtpreis, also inkl. Shipping Gebühren), auch damit waren wir nicht einverstanden. Das nächste Angebot kam mit 75%. Das haben wir dann angenommen, denn hätten wir tatsächlich die Brillen nach Amerika zurücksenden müssen, wären wir nicht viel besser davon gekommen und ob wir dann unser Geld wieder gesehen hätten, wär ja auch nicht gewiss. Jetzt haben wir zumindest dieses Geld wieder erhalten und können nur sagen, hätten wir uns auch mal besser hier vorab informiert....
