We had a delivery date of 4/14/26. On 4/14/26 the order was not only not shipped but delayed in production. I could have gone eo a less costly place, locally, and had them in hand already and less expensive. The Name "NextDay" means absolutely nothing. If you want them on time, go elsewhere.

They arrived fast. one day later than expected.
The graphic on the magnets is okay. most are decent. some are terrible.
Over all needed quickly, which was achieved. quality could use improvement.

I took my design made my banner. We received it in just a short time and everything was awesome. I'm very impressed with highly recommended.

As usual, I waited until the last minute to order the step and repeat banner for a huge event. I placed my order on a Wednesday evening for a Saturday event. My order was delivered that Friday. It was of exceptional quality and actually better than I anticipated. I highly recommend Next Day Flyers.

My event tickets are stunning and perfect. The technical setup was a bit to overcome regarding the graphic’s dimensions I needed. But after successfully completing that, my ticket preview appeared perfect. I’ll admit the cart purchase aspect upset me. They have only three options for shipping: express, super express, next day express. And all three are above $25 dollars all the way up to $100 dollars more. I planned ahead and didn’t want or need express in any form. But I could not deselect the inflated charges AT ALL. So I begrudgingly paid for the lowest tier express and thought, oh well. But then after ordering I get their quality review emails and see that step #1 of 31 checks has been completed. My order status showed this timeline of what has to happen before my order even goes out the door. Now I’m upset. I paid for this exorbitant express shipping and it has yet to finish the internal review and the review estimated completion is several days later. Well if that’s the case, why are you forcing me to select express shipping? This felt like a bait and switch. So I write customer service and I express to them everything I’ve said here and request a refund of my exorbitant shipping fees. They agreed to refund half and quickly shipped my order. I did get the order quickly once shipped. But I just think they should allow the customers to decide if they want express shipping or not. Don’t force them then turn around and perform 31 checks that take days to complete.

Everything about this experience was amazing and I received my flyers in a very speedy way and that made a huge difference because I have already had calls for my business from people seeing my flyers up. So thank you for all the work you did and I would not hesitate to reach out for more flyers. Thanks again!
