I want to change my payment from Credit Card to Debit Card. This is to save the $2 monthly Credit Card fee. However the Website will not allow me to make this change. Please assist.

Absolute trash service
Absolute trash service. We used them as they were apart of squares little eco system. Pathetic service when it comes to closing the insurance. We closed our doors in december but not the llc. These people argued back and forth that we needed dissolution of the company to close. Month later we realise this moron needed that to close the account and get us back pay. We ended up paying an extra month figuring this out. Two months later im still getting auto draft. contacted them and they say they never got the signed doc to close the account from me. I RESIGN the doc and again they want papers showing we closed our company to refund those months. so four extra months of paying insurance we didnt need to due to this horrible agent. Pathetic

Their customer service chat needs work
Update: I had to call their customer service and found out they did not process a second payment. It just takes 2-7 business days for them to receive/update the processed payment. It would have been simple if the chat rep would have just did that from the start. 25 minutes to get that information.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible since transitioning to "ERGO". There was a payment issue so I changed my payment on my account. The payment processed with my bank but I never got a receipt. My account is still showing "still processing". I am getting emails saying I didn't pay. I chatted with them and they said the payment didn't go through and they resent it for processing (Visa) rather than acknowledging the bank acct payment. I sent proof of it clearing and they referred to my old form of payment. Their website never acknowledged my payment made with my bank account so now they are trying to take an additional payment without my authorization. Their website is not reflecting the change of payment. I told them I wanted to chat with tech because of their glitch and I was told no. I was told that the payment is still processing. It is like the rep didn't understand the breakdown. I don't have time for this.

I was on the phone with a Michelle that was no help supervisors was supposed to give me a call back within 24 hours it's been over 3 day's and still haven't received no call back.
Absolutely worst customer service
Absolutely worst customer service. Can't call a human to ask questions, they push you to an Ai chat bot that cant answer the questions, who then pushes you to a live chat person. The chat on their website has to remain open the entire time, or they disconnect you while you wait, then after waiting 30 mins to talk to someone they take another 15 mins to respond to each message, only for them to not answer my question and just repeat what I told them. It's clear that their systems are an absolute disaster and their employees are either overworked or undertained. Canceling my policy to go elsewhere.
Next Insurance is a SCAM
Next Insurance is a SCAM. The coverage looks good at first, and they say cancel anytime but what they don't disclose is the hidden service fee they charge for the yearly contract. So, if you cancel "anytime" they charge your card the yearly service fee. When I called to get clarification and have the cost removed or refunded, I was told it was "non-refundable". I explained to be charged for something I didn't receive was fraud. They went quiet and didn't answer my questions. I am sure this is there little scam to defraud customers. DO NOT GO WITH NEXT INSURANCE. I can only imagine how hard it would be to have them honor the policy if ever anything did happen...
