NextKeys.io Avis

Ooga booga itsa gooda

Great service! I mistakenly double ordered a key and their customers service team responded super fast and issued me a refund with in a couple of hours!

Bought Win10 home OEM key. NextKeys support helped with activation. Fast and professional.

Very good. Easy transaction and fast delivery

Ordered a Windows 10 Home OEM key. Was sent one through that when I tried to activated told me it had already been activated.

Raised a support ticket and someone first came back to me advising me to use phone activation in exchange for a partial refund. I refused as it shouldn't be necessary to use phone activation on an unused key. They then came back to me with another key. This one also failed to activate advising it had already been used.

I expressed my concern to nextkeys and they simply told me they were issuing a refund.

When I asked why they didn't just send me a working key that I'd paid for they replied:
"at the moment We are fixing the issue.
Since You do not want to proceed with the phone activation and receive a partial refund it's pointless to send you a replacement key that could be not activable [sic] online again."

They didn't explain what "issue" they were fixing. This is the second time I've had problems with keys from this site and I'm not going to give them a third opportunity.

It's all too unreliable. You may get lucky with a working key but it's not worth the hassle. Avoid.

I had an issue with a key purchased through Kinguin from this merchant (US Windows) . They were quick to respond and offered me a resolution that I was happy with. Given this customer support experience, I have confidence buying from NEXTKEYS.IO. I was not paid or given products for this review, I was happy with my service given the circumstances.

Bought a key for Windows 10 Pro that turned out to be already in use but the matter was quickly resolved through NextKeys' excellent customer support service. Highly recommended!

My Updated Review from 4/13/2021: I opened a ticket with NextKeys.io. A rep contacted me and provided an alternative method of activating my installation. The initial method (a valid key entered via the internet) was not used, so the advertised product may not work out for you, however they will get you going if it fails using the alternative phone activation option.

My Original Review from 4/8/2021: "Purchased a Key for Windows 10 Home OEM. Immediately entered in my system. The key had already been used. No refunds or replacement from NextKeys.io are available, from what I can determine."

Purchase Windows 10 Pro without a hitch. Everything went well, no problems.

When I tried to activate I received a 'key already in-use' message. I sent an email and it was answered at the beginning of the next business day. They suggested I use the Phone Activation method and send them the information for that. They then sent me a new key and everything was OK. Their Customer support was exceptional and it pleasantly surprised me.

My key didn't work at first, but I wrote them and they solved it quickly.

I purchased two Windows 10 keys from NextKeys.io through Kinguin. Both keys turned out to be already used. Kinguin support says that NextKeys.io's policy doesn't allow a refund. AVOID.

the licence key worked right away and for a great price

After 3 attempts the key worked after I rebuilt my system. Good value

Had a problem with my key, they had it replaced and fixed the next business day.

Thanks,

Had difficulty installing the keys. Customer support was responsive and with their help in using activation by phone got two of the three keys purchased activated. Got a refund for the third one. Purchased a fourth key at a later date that activated without any issue or effort. What I expected from the first three.

I instantly got my keys and was ready to activate my product! With fast service it was a breeze through the steps and was able to use my product in no time!
