Honestly, I’d give minus stars to these muppets. I was approached by a sales person from next order, the salesman told me they could more than triple my online sales I had at the time. I stupidly went along with it. From the beginning it was trouble
I don’t think that a single thing was ever done how I wanted it. It never charged customers correctly. It would take an order and I’d receive it 3 days time. In the end I shut the system down by having the store closed online. It has screwed with my business so much and ive lost ridiculous amount of money and my reputation as the best pizza parlour in my town. (I still technically hold that rating hold that I’ve tried to cancel the service but apparently I’m not allowed to until the yearly contact is over.
Don’t touch these dogs with a barge pole. Cost me a fortune

I am about to open a 2nd store and I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
Over promises under deliver and problems with menus/specials/integrations/EVERY WEEK.
Sure quick to answer the phone when you or customers spot something but these problems SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

Spoke to Brad regarding the Printer technical issue. For some reason our printer was not connecting to the POS terminal. Brad spent nearly more than 4 hours with me on the call and instructed me to fix the printer. Finally we have successfully connected the printer to the terminal. I really appreciate his patience and dedication towards the work.
