It is just the best hosting company of the world!
It's an awesome host for web hosting or VPS. The support is amazingly friendly and fast! I didn't expect this to be that good for the low prices they offer. Till so far no downtime, the hardware does perform as promised. Additional resources are not too pricy either.
It took me a while to find a hosting company that is passionate about what they are doing with good prices and support. I hope it will stay this way! Thank you for everything and especially the pizza! :)
(I even got a free pizza delivered at my home as a celebration of the birth of the company!)
I simply don't have anything bad to say till so far. If I will find any improvements, I will let you guys know!

Love this company. Proud to be part of this family. Jay is an great guy that goes above and beyond to make sure all my vps need is met. Superb speed and not experienced any major downtime after a month of using, and any update work on servers will be informed 2 weeks in advance! can't ask for a better service than this.

Happy to be part of the NexusBytes family, they have the best support in the whole hosting community period! Jay goes up and beyond to fulfill your needs, and that is only on support.
Before buying I tried their chat and got a reply immediately which is what I wanted, most other services say they have 24/7 chat support but we all know that's not true, "hello hostica's 2 hours chat reply times".
I have raised a couple of tickets since purchasing a VPS and all got resolved promptly "way better than other hosting suppliers and their scripted replies that drive me mad, here I'm actually talking to a person".
Quality of service is amazing and the prices are great, this is one service I don't regret having!

Good services, but annoying communication
Good services. Just a bit annoying with all that "family" vibe. I don't like when business pretend to be friendly. Where is money - there is no friendship. I like professional and fast services. From Nexus so far I received good support and fast server. That's it.

I ordered a Storage VPS and needed help multiple times. The guy who helped me was super awesome, chill and helpful. The prices are very competitive and the service I'm getting is great. I'd love for the VPS to have internal networking but for now this is great. I would say, keep up the good work.
