Decent servers but 0 customer support
I have been using NexusNode for a few years now and have had no real issues until recently. When your server works the service is great. If you need support you will get none. Support is essentially non-existent if there is an issue.
My servers went down around the beginning of September. This isn't an issue that I can resolve by reinstalling or anything like that. The physical server went dark. I placed a support ticket on Sept 2nd and didn't receive a response so I updated my ticket on the 4th. Then again on the 5th. Then again on the 10th. I placed a new ticket on 11th requesting a refund and didn't hear back so I updated that ticket on the 14th... Still no response.
In this time I also attempted the chat function that states it has around a 1 hour turn around time. No response in the 4 times I have tried to use it as well.
Having technical issues is to be expected when running something like server hosting but not hearing back about support for 2 weeks is unheard of.
Update: I finally heard back on the server and it was back up 18 days after it went down. I received 1 response stating low staffing as the issue. The server went down again the 9th of October and I have sent messages every day until now Oct 30th asking for assistance. No response on LinkedIn, their website, email to owner it doesn't matter. This company has the worst customer support of any company I have ever worked with. I have just been trying to get a refund at this point for the last 20 days and crickets.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.
