I just want to say that Nexus was recommended by someone online and I took a chance. The design process was pretty easy and the company was flexible and patient. They even found an issue during production, notified me, and fixed the issue all on their own. Most companies just ship the stuff and you're left needing to argue with them. Finally, my patches turned out to be awesome. The detail is crazy.
Items came in perfectly as asked. Details correct. Great communication too!
My custom patch turned out amazing, with great quality, and exactly what I asked for. The customer service was also great, with quick email responses to any inquiry I had.
Taylor was incredible with his customer service, highlighting any questions and queries and targeting them with the best responses. The patches came quickly and really professionally well done.
Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to get me me patches in a timely manner and in Great condition
I reached out to Nexus for a quote on custom ruck patches to memorialize a close friend. Their communication was quick, quote was competitive and their mock up looked great. I just received the patches and my expectations were exceeded. My PVC patches look phenomenal.
Great customer service. Patches were well-made and arrived in reasonable time.
Solid company, turned my design/logo into nicely embroidered patches with quick turnaround.
Nexus delivered a great product. Customer service was also very good. Excellent delivery time too. Well done!
We had a special need to enlarge a Combat Badge that a friend served in. Other companies wanted a minimum order; this company took the order with only a single one ordered. We ended up ordering more. It was a complicated badge, with different colors. They matched the colors, even the gold was bright and shiny. Fast delivery, quality work, perfect design. Will do business with them again.
I worked with Nexus Patches to produce 5 custom PVC patches based on the design I provided, and overall the experience was very good. Taylor Davis responded quickly, communicated clearly, and was willing to negotiate pricing, which I appreciated. The finished PVC patches arrived exactly as I wanted—excellent quality and clean detailing. Nexus Patches also included 5 additional patches at no extra cost, which was a nice surprise.
One important thing to note is that the company is based in Pakistan, which I didn’t realize until I received a FedEx notification. I placed my order on November 29, 2025, and received it on December 29, 2025. Even though the shipment was sent via FedEx International Priority, the total turnaround time was exactly one month.
That said, the quality of the patches is top notch and the service was professional and responsive. It was a pleasure working with Nexus Patches, and I would recommend them if you’re comfortable with international production timelines.
I worked with Taylor Davis, She helped me with everything that I asked, I recieved the Patches and they were better than I expected!! I am hopefully goona do more business with them very soon
