An emergency situation
An emergency situation. My Extractor fan broke down in the Restaurant. Out of ours. I made a phone call a young man called Kyle answer. He was so helpful he came to his depot open the door 10 o’clock at night and got me a fan and and the essential that goes with it. He also advised me that if I need any help installing it, I should call him what an amazing service. This kind of service is hard to find. I cannot recommend this place enough, keep it up guys thank you.

Very risky
I will not recommend this company to anyone, I have returned the item few weeks back and received email today saying that they have received the item and they are checking it.after many phone calls and emails, never use this company again,

Sultan - Thanks for the feedback and having reviewed the case, I'd have to 100% agree with everything you've said. The service level and communication isn't what I expect from this company. Please accept my apologies and please be assured steps have been taken to ensure it doesn't happen again. Totally unacceptable and your refund has now been issued, I wouldn't use our company again either if this was a common occurrence, luckily this seems to be the exception rather than the rule, but still unacceptable - Jonathan Parry (managing director)

Paid for the fan plus £20 for next day delivery.
Being a Friday latest it should have arrived on the Tuesday. When I phoned on Tuesday they had no record of my order, it seems that they had missed the purchase mail on there computer. Then phoned again Wednesday asking where my purchase is and was told it would get shipped out today which was Wednesday . I did not receive my shipment until the Thursday which is 7 days later and also no tracking on the shipment . Very disappointed

Thanks for the review. Much as I would like to defend the service, in this instance I can't and the one star review is more than justified. Words will never convey just how disappointed I am I apologise for the service, or lack of nothing upsets me more than upsetting and letting down a customer. One mistake is acceptable although we'd rather not make any, but for this order we made one mistake followed by a second third and fourth which is totally unacceptable. Everyone has had a well deserved kick up the backside, we pride ourselves on every 5 star review but we learn from the one star reviews. Again I apologise for the service

It’s rare to find that the company that gives some of the best prices and exceptional service but it’s what I have experienced both times with this company.
Easy to call directly. Knowledgable staff. Same day delivery available with also reasonable delivery costs.
