These guys charged me a year and gave me a month subscription scam

The only reason there is one star is because you cannot start your complaint without it. These people are Crooks!!!! I could not maintain signal because of their never ending Buffering. So when I tried logging out and back in they locked my account. I have sent 10 emails since Dec 26th and have not received any replies. There is no way to contact them, and they ignore Any type of resolution. I am perusing action against them through the regulatory agency’s.

Absolute horrible service! Screen freezes every 10 or 15 seconds and it makes it unwatchable. E-mailed them several times and got no response. Asked for my money back and got no response. Total scam!

DONT USE THIS SERVICE! DOES NOT WORK. BUFFERS NIN STOP. HAVE TO REBOOT CONSTANTLY. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! WONT REFUND MONEY!

Voices are not in sync with the volume. Can't even watch it right now. Fix it!!

I paid for the full hockey season and your service now does not work only half way through the season. something wrong with the site. it show IN hockey, football, culring etc but the links to the nhl hockey games no longer appear on the page. whats going on. I want to see the game.

I see a lot of people screaming scam. how are youbgetting scammed. I've used this website for 3 years now. is it perfect? no. If I wanted perfect I would pay 200 a month for direct TV and 400 a year for the NFL ticket and hope the wind doesn't blow on sundays..lol

Horrible...my wi-fi is fantastic, gaming router and wvery device in the house is working fantastic through wireless gaming router. But NFLHDTV is not, contant error code, hls:networkerror_manifestload error
AND I SPENT GOOD MONEY FOR THIS CRAP, SECOND WEEK IN A ROW! I WAS DUPED

Service is a complete scam. Many of the advertisements are from spammers sitting on NFL team pages on Facebook clogging up the comment feeds from many fakes pages and accounts. Then from there, there is nothing but these robot reviews from July, well into the offseason.

Don't trust this site with your money. You won't see it again,

After watching pats vs cowboys for 3 he score being 29 to 26…. It blacked out, and did not go to another channel. Subsequently we miss the 29-29 tie and cowboys touchdown in or for the game. Why would any channel do that? Not to mention we pay extra for the Sunday ticket. It was beyond frustrating. We were told by direct tv that the nflhd channel was responsible.

Terrible! Total Scam website and false claims! They state on their website “7 day money back guarantee “ but if you try to cancel once you realize the service is garbage they won’t refund you the money and try to waste time troubleshooting with you despite being adamant about wanting to cancel. They then will claim they refund if the service doesn’t work which isn’t exactly a “7 day money back guarantee “ Stay FAR AWAY from this website and scammer! Tell everyone as I am doing because there are actually people who work hard for their money!!!!

All these bad reviews for this site tells me you have bad internet. Been using this service for 2 years now. Not once was I not able to watch what I wanted. I'm watching it right now as we speak. Great service.

On 01/30/2021 I signed up for NHLHD.TV for the 4 month package at $29.95. As of 02/15/2021 the website is informing me that I have no current subscription and I cant get a hold of anyone to straighten this out.
I will update this review as soon as my should be current subscription is current again.

Why do you have people on your show one's name Greg is wearing a patriots sweatshirt there's another lady in another hawk on today who don't use the letter T when they pronounce words they can't even say the word titans hello. Don't waste your money with this service. Streams constantly buffer, and there's constant service maintenance that occurs randomly and without notice. Easily the worst customer service out there, whom never respond to their "live chat". I strongly urge you not to use their service.
I will update as I use this service, and will change this review if their service improves.

Stream kept buffering, had to constantly reload. UNWATCHABLE! Don’t waste your money here. Asked for a refund and was told I’d get a month of the nba for free...pass.

NFLHDTV has everything you need in cable TV. The guide is easy to use you can see everything on and coming up. The best part about NFLHDTV is the price and you can actually pick your own packages not like other tv and satellite companies this is really true. The packages start at $29/year for basic then you can add from there.

I really love NFLHDTV. I love how we are offered so many channels for the amount of money I have to pay. I was never able to afford Direct Tv, Dish, etc. but now I am able to watch more for the best and lowest amount of money.
