Although the outfit is nice its not the same as the photo. The Dupatta is a completely different color to the one in the image, it is white with a little embroidery, not pink. The trousers on the bot... Voir plus
Ordered a suit via Instagram feed and placed order. Payment taken smoothly and item arrived after 12 days. Quality of suit is lot better then expected. Will definitely be ordering again

The Nari Team are absolutely amazing. Despite the festive rush they still worked hard to ship my order internationally and it got here on time. This is my second purchase from them and I’ve had 4 suits for me and my daughter. The quality, customer service and delivery are all 5*. If customers are ordering for Festive occasions I would advise to order in ample time due to the possibility of couriers/delivery companies delaying you receiving your order! Thanks again :)

Appalled. Order not sent
I would avoid this company at all costs. I made an order & a week later i contacted them to ask about my order as i had not recived it. They told me that i need to order another one as it wont arrive in time for Eid. They promised the second dress i choose will 100% be here by Eid and ill be given tracking number. I then chose another dress & messaged a few days later asking why i havnt be provided with tracking number, they told me again that it wont be here on time for Eid. Even now i had to message. Disgraceful

Your dress was in production and we genuinely tried to prepare and dispatch the replacement as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to unexpected delays, we were unable to ship it in time for Eid, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.

Ordered an outfit online via website and was told that the parcel would arrive in time for Eid. A few hours later I was then messaged to say that the outfit is unexpectedly out of stock and was offered a replacement outfit or a refund for the inconvenience which was thoughtful however I didnt want any other outfit and so was left hugely inconvenienced as I dont have an outfit for eid and it is too late to order elsewhere

The outfit you ordered unfortunately went out of stock unexpectedly due to very high demand at that time. As soon as we discovered this, our team tried to inform you quickly and offered either a replacement outfit or a full refund so you would not have to wait any longer. However, we understand that you specifically wanted the original outfit and that this left you with very little time to arrange another option.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment this caused. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we are continuously working to improve our stock management and communication to avoid situations like this in the future.

I recently ordered some clothes and overall had a very positive experience. There were a few issues at the beginning, but the seller handled everything professionally and resolved the problems quickly.
The clothes arrived exactly as expected, the quality is good, and everything was packaged securely. Delivery was also very fast.
