Excellent service
I have used NHS Credit Union on a few occasions now, and each time the service has been excellent. The process is straightforward, transparent, and easy to manage.
Natalie was particularly helpful — she was friendly, professional, and didn’t make things complicated. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I would definitely recommend NHS Credit Union to others looking for a reliable and supportive service.

I had a very positive experience during my recent loan application. I have completed it through Nivo app, and Natalie was dealing with my loan. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
She kept me updated regularly and ensured that all required documents were processed on time.
I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service.

Iv been with the nhs credit union for…
Iv been with the nhs credit union for 18years . Iv saved woth then and had several loans . Had new loan for a car which is better interest and terms than hp. Easy application and stress free and don’t have to leave the house to apply for it. Would definitely recommend using credit union for savings and loans as comes straight out your month wage which is good because you don’t miss it then
