They do not stick to their delivery timescale (set by them) and there’s no update on your order, no communication and no direct email option. It’s an absolute con. Save your money. They should be closed down.

Avoid we ordered a shirt 7 weeks ago website advices 21 days plus 5 post well after emails messages on social media she turns off comments removed her Facebook page and dose not respond to any emails. I have raised it with bank under section 75 consumers act which she has a legal obligation to refund for goods. It’s the principle that kids are being let down when after date shirts are no good and memories and day have past. Do not use you will only have disappointed kids

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered in plenty time going by the website. 21 working days and 1-5 working days delivery. Absolute waste of money. Tried emailing her and reaching her in insta. Comments turned off on TikTok and Insta no reply to emails. Absolute scammer. Raised a dispute with PayPal and all of a sudden next day get an email order is on its way. No tracking details! Don’t waste your money

I would give no stars if I could! Absolute disgrace! No confirmation e Mail no shirt! Not answers any messages? You should be closed down taking peoples money and leaving people without their product!

Giving a 1 star for this company is too much. Ordered a shirt for my daughter leaving school on 2nd May and it still hasn't arrived. The day I escalate it with PayPal, she marks it as being dispatched - absolute joke!! My Daughter will never get this time back that you ruined!!! This company should be ashamed!!

DONT ORDER, I also placed an order at the beginning of May and the shirt still hasn’t turned up, luckily I got one of Etsy which is nicer and cheaper and only took 4 days to arrive, how rubbish can someone be to take months to stick glitter on a shirt #Scam

The shirt was estimated to come 17th on June it's been over a month and it still hasn't arrived yet.They don't respond on instegram or their email and have no phone number to contact them.They also turned there comments of on tiktok to not be seen as a scaming business.My daughter is very disappointed,will not be ordering from again.I dont recommend ordering from this business

Communication. My daughter paid £42.00. Still waiting 6 weeks on! She is devastated! Scamming young people out of their hard earned cash ! Now trying to get her money back ! This young lady who owns the business shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Ordered months ago no shirt and no communication. AVOID had to go through bank also 4 of my daughters friends have the same issue

I ordered my leavers shirt 27th April so it had plenty of time for delivery in time for my leavers assembly. I was told that my shirt would be delivered by 5th June, since then i have not received it nor have i had any communication! I have tried contacting via email and messages on instagram and SHOCK have had no reply!! I will be wanting a refund. I do not recommend ordering from here as i believe it may be a scam.

Ordered a shirt for my daughter, it came with the wrong colour writing, messaged to try and get it sorted but all messages and contact have been ignored. Not cheap shirts either at £45! Disgraceful company. Please don’t give her any of your money!!! Having to go through bank to get my money back

Ordered middle of April so it would be here in plenty time for the end of June. It originally said it would be here in may. Now it's saying by July 3rd. That's to late as daughter is left school by then. I've tried contacting them numerous times and had no reply. So I've had a refund from the bank.

dont order from this company i ordered my leavers shirt on the 30th of march and its may and my leavers shirt is soon there not good with responds her responce is so bad and then i said if its not going to come in time i want my refund and she didnt even let me know she was going to refund and cancel my shirt never order from her

Won't reply to emails or messages via socials regarding orders, starting to belive this is a scam website, also on etsy but no reviews since the summer.
