The last purchase that I made, I did not receive the wig that I purchased. It was a totally different wig. I know this because I have purchased a lot of wigs from NiaWigs.

When I received them product, I did not like the length or honestly how it looked on me specifically (I tried it on one time, for a few minutes, never actually wore it out). When I reached out to customer service to return (which I was well within my rights to do), the customer service went back and forth multiple times cautioning me to keep the wig and never providing me a way to actually return it. I’ve never had so many issues trying to return a product (which I ultimately could not return).

This wig is sooooooo incredibly itchy. It is not human hair as advertised

I love the wig, the package, and everything else that came with it. I ordered a custom cap and it fits my head perfectly. The texture and quality of the hair is soft and pretty. The shipping was so fast. I was expecting good, but this exceeded my expectations. I would love to continue buying wigs from NiaWigs. Thank you!

I love that my wig came a week sooner, very unexpected fast delivery! My 14 inch wig is super cute, the only thing I’m not crazy about is I feel like there’s too much bang. I would try to move it around and flip some to the side but it kinda gives an attached bang look. It’s a little too much bang for me, I like to have a couple curls like a wispy curl type of look but it’s still really cute. It’s actually my second purchase, the first time I bought a 18 inch a year ago and that one was perfect even with the bangs. I did more customizing to this wig for my liking and I’d still get it again. It’s super cute, soft, also the bangs fall perfectly just right at the brow. I recommend it.

I ordered my hair Tuesday and I received it a day later, so by Thursday it was here. The hair was full, quality was/is Great, and the curls bounce back even after being straightened. It blends really good, the hair can be installed straight from the box the hair did have a smell but after a light wash it was gone. I’ve washed them while in my hair and I have now flat ironed the hair twice while in my hair and I didn’t have to reapply any glue after my second wash either ( just don’t go crazy with the product while washing and it shouldn’t matte or pull your hair ) and they send you tape replacements and the Velcro like hair strips to hold your hair when installing. I will be buying again !!!

Cap size was too small and the return process was not worth it. Would not repurchase

It came pretty fast, I'll say about 4 days the most, ita a very nice wish I wash it let it air dry then flat iron it. Can't wait to actually wear it this Sunday at my meeting. Looks so real, I always love nia wigs , this probably like my 4th wig I order so far

Have not gotten my Donna Purple headband wig. Been almost a week since I ordered it. Email niawigs and no message back. Haven't heard from them and might not get my money back or the wig that I ordered. Will not buy anything from niawigs ever.
