NiceNIC is an ICANN-accredited domain registrar providing domain services since 2006. As a registrar, our role is to manage domain registrations, support transfers, and follow ICANN and registry policies, especially in areas such as abuse handling and domain compliance. Domain-related services often involve multiple parties, such as registrars, hosting providers, website operators, and third-party reporters, and the differences between these roles are not always clear to customers. Some experiences described in reviews may involve website content, hosting environments, or server-side issues rather than the domain registration service itself. We continuously work to improve response times, clarify processes, and provide better support experiences for our customers. NiceNIC supports individuals, businesses, and resellers managing domains across 2,500+ extensions, with a focus on transparency, stability, and long-term domain ownership. If you have questions or need assistance, our team is always available to help.

Criminals and scammers. They pretend to be Google or other major companies to steal sensitive data.

I want to share my negative experience with Nicenic. Unfortunately, the company ignores the serious problems associated with the sale of drugs on their platform. I have repeatedly sent complaints about domains that engage in this illegal activity, but unfortunately there has been no response.
This is of great concern, as such actions pose a threat to the safety of users and society as a whole. I was hoping for Nicenic to take a more responsible attitude towards such issues, but it seems they are not ready to take action.
I urge everyone to be careful and not remain indifferent to such situations. I hope that the company will finally pay attention to these problems and begin to act.

Horrendous domain abuse reporting. ICANN should hold this registrar accountable for the rampant scams and fraud that are allowed on this site.

First of all, all the recent 5 star reviews are clearly fake! From Russia etc, do you really think people are that stupid!?
All the 1 star reviews stating that they do not act on abuse complaints are all TRUE, Nicenic actively facilitate fraud!
I reported (ticket number: #514550) a scam site selling "cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and ketamine." - this was obviously a scam site. So I said:
"This domain is advertising the sale of illegal controlled substances, including cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and ketamine. The sale and distribution of these substances are illegal in most jurisdictions and violate Nicenic’s Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits using registered domains for unlawful activities, including the promotion or sale of illegal drugs.
Additionally, websites of this type are frequently used for advance?fee fraud schemes, where victims are asked to pay for products that do not exist. The site provides no verifiable business information, no legitimate contact details, and appears designed to solicit payment for illegal goods without any intention of fulfillment. This constitutes deceptive and fraudulent activity, which is also prohibited under Nicenic’s AUP.
I am reporting this domain because it is being used to facilitate illegal drug sales and fraudulent commercial activity in violation of Nicenic’s policies"
and they came back with their standard:
"After reviewing the materials submitted, we regret to inform you that the information currently available remains insufficient for NiceNIC to verify the reported issue or to determine whether the activity falls within the scope of actionable DNS abuse under ICANN policies.
To proceed further, any additional submission must include clear, specific, and verifiable evidence directly linking the reported domain to the alleged activity. General descriptions, unsupported assertions, or indirect references are not sufficient for reassessment.
If materially new and relevant evidence becomes available, you may reply to this email with the updated information for our review. Otherwise, no further action will be taken on this report at this time.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Kind regards,
NiceNIC Abuse Team
ICANN Accredited Registrar

You only have to research Nicenic (google - "NiceNIC Exposed: The ICANN Registrar Powering Global Cybercrime" and find that they are in collaboration with Russian cyber criminals, through newsletters they state which are bulletproof domains, and actively work with cybercriminals
Any reply to this review will by lies by Nicenic, but all you have to do is look at the 1 star reviews and research them and you'll find the TRUTH!
So if you're cyber criminal, use Nicenic because your domain won't ever get suspended, since they blatantly facilitate fraud and crime.

This is an official statement from Kryptonsafe Solutions (HK) regarding NiceNIC’s systematic failure to mitigate high-level crypto financial fraud.
Our security analysts, along with several partner firms, have provided NiceNIC with irrefutable forensic evidence regarding a cluster of malicious phishing domains: app-blazeswap.com, app-kineticmarket.com, and usdt0.today.
Despite receiving clear proof of "CryptoGrab" malware and financial theft affecting Hong Kong and US residents, NiceNIC’s compliance team continues to employ intentional stalling tactics. They are currently demanding "one-by-one" reports for a coordinated criminal infrastructure—a classic bureaucratic maneuver designed to keep malicious domains active for as long as possible.
NiceNIC is now on notice: Your refusal to act on actionable intelligence makes you a facilitator of these crimes. If the aforementioned domains are not permanently suspended within 24 hours, Kryptonsafe will initiate a collective legal action. We are prepared to submit our consolidated evidence and a formal complaint of gross negligence and "Breach of Registrar Accreditation Agreement" to:
Hong Kong Police Force - Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB).
Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team (HKCERT).
ICANN Compliance Department.
We will not tolerate the deliberate protection of cyber-syndicates at the expense of innocent victims. Take immediate action or face the regulatory consequences in the Hong Kong SAR jurisdiction.

Filthy rogue outfit who openly & persistently host stealing Bitcoin mining scam rackets, despite numerous take down notices having been issued. Obviously this is a criminal supporting nefarious company never to be trusted.
*Update for April 2026*
These scoundrels tried to flag my review as being allegedly false resulting in an attempted removal. Having submitted all proofs of their skulduggery to Trustpilot, Nicenic can no longer try to conceal their criminal content hosting practices. This company failed to even reach out to me so I could verify their wrongdoing. This just proves they have about as much integrity as a burglar, being deceitful to the core, while maintaining to be up to their necks in consistently facilitating hosting of covert criminal asset theft content. The FBI IC3 Internet Crime Division have been made fully aware of this company aiding & abetting criminal activity through hosting such.

This domain provider is honestly top-tier. The dashboard is smooth and easy to use, and their customer support is excellent. What I really appreciate is that they respect their users and don’t engage in shady practices like stealing domains, which sadly happens with some providers nowadays.
I’m definitely planning to purchase more domains from Nicenic.
Keep up the great work!

There is a serious concern that the registrar NICENIC continues to allow domains involved in the illegal sale of narcotics (including mephedrone, amphetamine, cocaine, PVP, ecstasy, and others) to remain active despite repeated reports and substantial evidence.
Such inaction raises serious questions about compliance with registrar obligations and demonstrates a lack of due diligence in addressing clearly documented illegal activity.
