Very disappointed. I ordered and paid full price expecting to receive the authentic shoes that were advertised. Instead, I received what appears to be a knockoff version with noticeable differences in quality, materials, and overall appearance.

first pair was too small, xydshoes immediately sent me the next size smaller and they fit perfect! great dupes, i saved about 40 dollars getting these :)

My purchase was easy and effortless.

I googled navy kitten heel formal shoes and the ones I ordered were one that came up. They are stunning and I love them. Can’t wait for them to arrive.

So I ordered a pair of navy heels because apparently that color is really hard to find in the style I was looking for and this was the only place I could find them. A few things.. One, they were a little pricy, $106 for a pair of sandal sling backs but I’ve paid more for heels so that’s not really an issue besides they were exactly the style I was looking for. Two, they did take anbout 2.5 weeks to anrrive but for international shipping that is expected don’t order here last minute if you need them otherwise patience will go a long way. Third, I ordered my usual size 7 and when I got them they were definitely more like a 6. I do know that sizing is some countries can be way off and smaller than standard US sizes. No biggie, I’ll exchange them. I look at the exchange policy and see I need to email customer support first then pay for shipping back and wait for confirmation… I thought “oh boy this is gonna be complicated isn’t it?” Well I got an email back in about an hour saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and will send me a replacement and allow me to keep the ones I ordered with no need to ship them back… weirdest part is the asked for photos of how the shoe fit… I sent them and they suggested that based on the measurements of the size I ordered and how it fits in the photos they that recommend a size 8 and that they are submitting my new order at no cost to me and to keep an eye out for the confirmation email. I’ll have to check back in to confirm if I actually get the replacement pair or if I just got scammed for feet pics 😂 but that’s my review. Long story short, don’t order these in a time crunch and be willing to have to possibility of needing to exchange them. Idk if all exchanges work like mine did but if I do actually get a replacement pair that’s some top notch customer service worth the slow delivery time 🤷🏻‍♀️

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! The photos are not the product you receive. And they make it extremely difficult to return an item. They offered $40 for my $115 pair of shoes when they do not look like the product images at all. The sole is a completely different color and the beading is nothing like the images. Nowhere in the product description does it say that product design may vary. Be warned, this place does not send the exact shoes they promise on their site. Frauds.

The first pair of boots were too large and not as pictured in the website photo. They also took a long time to arrive as would be expected. Size 9 varied from pair to pair.

The return and replacement process were a little frustrating but at the end, I received a replacement that fit and looked perfect.

My shoes are a lovely coral satin kitten heel with a satin bow and I love them. They go very well with several things I wear, so I'm very happy.

I found you site via a google lens search for pink wedge shoes. I loved them on first site and they were so unusual and gorgeous and no one else had them. Obviously I haven’t received them yet but so far the experience has been perfect. You website is easy to use and I got 15% off and free shipping too.

It was really easy to place order. This is my very first purchase, I’m excited to receive the boots, and hopeful of the quality and fit. 🙏🏾❤️

Horrible experience!! They make cheap knock-off shoes in China and use real designer brands photos to falsely advertise. The shoes I received were falling apart, looked nothing like the picture advertised, and smelled strongly of superglue. The company wanted to offer me a $20 refund (I paid $100), then wanted to offer a free exchange, and then finally gave me a full refund after much back and forth for days. Such a pain to deal with. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and buy authentic shoes!

Shopping was easy on site. Like the idea that refunds or exchange can be done.

Nicepairs have gone beyond their call of duty to make sure that my experience would be quite satisfying and an easy exchange of my shoes. I ordered the Brown T-Strap shoes in size 4.5. I've worn sizes 4 and 4.5 shoes my enter adult life, but this pair was truly different. It was much too large to my surprise. I'm not only getting the shoe size replaced in size 4 but was told by Xueqin Fu, NP Support Team Member to keep the 4.5 shoes and give them to someone in need or donate them. What a blessing!!!
