Great service. I’ve looked at a couple other companies that do similar programs, but they nickel and dime you with additional fees. This program is easy, less costly than others, and great customer service. I’ve emailed in the evening and gotten response. I’ve canceled my service once, and it wasn’t a big hassle. I realized I bailed out before establishing good habits, so I rejoined…easy. I highly recommend this program.

The company is great, lovely, prompt customer service. The product wasn't for me, it didn't alter cravings that much and made me feel really out of touch with my body.

Dan is always understanding with my questions. He breaks down dosage and price in detail and when the billing cycle begins so I understand exactly what I am getting. He explains everything as it will happen. He responds almost immediately and always follows up with a phone call. I have never dealt with a company that makes it so easy to get my needs fulfilled.

Such an easy experience with NiceRX! Easy to sign up, have a virtual tele-health visit, and get medicine shipped to your house! Anytime you need help, customer service is always there to help.

I had sent a msg to a customer service rep, Rob, about receiving help for a medication that I couldn't afford. My expense to just get the medication would've been at least $500, and since I am retired on a fixed income, I really had no way of getting this. Rob was very helpful, even though his company was no longer doing the type of program I needed, he gave me several other options that were available if I qualified, and were extremely helpful. I don't understand why I don't qualify for these just because I am on Medicare - which is why I need help in order to purchase this medication???
