No instructions on how to use your product😡
I requested (after my delivery) instructions on how to use your product of Niclosamide and was told “we do not give medical advise we are R&D only”! I have requested a return label to return your product since I do not know how to take this product and have not heard from your company, period. Please send return label so I can return a product I do not know how to use it.

The niclosam I ordered arrived, the company is reputable. When ordering in the U.S. from a company on the other side of the world, it can feel scary.,,but it’s all good, the only reason for 4 stars instead of five. Has to do with delivery, it took a while to arrive,,,,and once I was notified about it. Ring delivered, it was not here, blame DHL, they handed off to USPS for last mile. At that point they marked as delivered,,,,that triggered an email saying it had been delivered. That was an issue, as i thought it was lost. It arrived the next day,
Product delivered as advertised.

Buy capsules if you are not a laboratory
This is a great product however because this product is intended for R&D laboratory use only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease (i.e. they cannot even advise you on how to measure out their powder - strict government rules I suspect). If you buy the powder you will need a high-accuracy scale, which can be purchased on Amazon. If you want simple just buy the capsules. A little more guidance on their website would have saved me the expense + trouble of having to repurchase capsules as I do not have a high-accuracy, laboratory scale.
