Got order next day. Hard to beat that. Wish some I wanted to try were not sold out at the 15 and 12mg level. Other than that 2 thumbs up.

Heard back from customer support in a very timely manner about the issue, which I wasn't expecting as it wasn't easy to find. The representative I spoke with was very helpful in getting the problem fixed. Best customer service I've had in a while. On top of the original product getting here in a timely manner. It was a pretty easy experience.
Original: Ordered a roll of Spearmint ALP (which was amazing and the only reason this is a 2 star review); As well as 2 Sweet Nectars (6mg and 9mg). The Sweet Nectar has no flavor, is not moist (the spearmint is so clearly that's how this product should be). It almost hurts to put in the pouches are dry. There is no flavor and the nicotine release I'd be convinced there wasn't any. I tried the contact us part of the website but it didn't look complete and I had to google to fine it. I emailed the address given on this website but saw Nicobolt actually replied to these so I thought it was worth a try to get this resolved.

Wrong quantity of pouches in container
Not sure how I feel about it but I’ve never had alp pouches before. The wintergreen had the correct amount but the tropical had 25 pouches in the container and the label wasn’t fully stuck on it’s quite wrinkled. Not sure if the label was put on or not but yea I’m not sure it if I trust it or not.

We purchase all of our products directly from the manufacturer excepting SYX, which we purchase from their exclusive domestic wholesale partner. ALP ships directly from their Kentucky warehouse to our warehouse in Tennessee.
Nothing comes from a distributor. We’re very blessed to have the relationships we have and the confidence we (and our customers) can have in our products.

Thanks for the review. We're rebuilding stock right now -- new SKUs coming in stock every week. We have shipments of White Fox, Siberia, ALP, and Nic Nac landing in the next week.
Until then, we're working hard to get as many packages as possible out on the same day they're ordered.

When I first saw the prices, I was skeptical. I decided to place an order to test the waters. I am blown away! Not only was the order very cheap, but it shipped on the same day I ordered it and arrived a day earlier than expected.
