Nicotine Hub Avis 

I received my nicsalt B to open the envelope to find the nicotine had gone brown. I put it down to oxidation and maybe best in the travelling of postage. But once mixed with ejuice there was a foul smell and taste coming from my vapour. I wasted just over 500ml of un usable vape juice now. I'm hoping they see my messages I've sent so I can get this issue resolved. If I manage to get in contact with them I will change this review.

EDIT: ISSUE RESOLVED AND ANOTHER NICOTINE IS ON ITS WAY TO ME.

Still haven't received replacement it's been two months now have paid for something I haven't received can replacement be sent out please

72mg nicotine delivered no problem at all very efficient and good quality.

I've ordered from them for the last 3 years, never had any issues before. Really good customer service.

Following the review on 24/10/23, I returned the items asking for replacement but after a week of receiving the items nobody got back to me. I then asked for a full refund including the return cost. On 13/11/23 Arran got back to me saying that a full refund plus return costs was issued that same day which it never happen so far. I've now asked my bank to race a dispute agains Nicotine Hub to get my money back. Terrible experience. Do not trust.

Scam!! Ignore emails!!

Ordered previously everything was fine.

But last time I ordered, the product was not sent out. Tracking number didn't work.

Claimed via email they would resend the item, but never did and stopped replying to emails.

Refused a refund!!

Scam!!

They are scammers ! they make you order and pay, send you a fake tracking number and nothing comes home.

You can contact them by email, they read and don't respond, they take advantage of being based in England to scam people outside the EU.

They are not willing to refund , but that's not the end of it , scammers don't get far.

I've bought from Nic Hub 3 times since 2021. That's not many times but each time I have received my order promptly and the quality is excellent.

This company excellent hassle free to deal with I used them for two years , the website is secure and easy to use ,they confirm the orders by email immediately and then confirm that it's been shipped with tracking information, I've never had any issues to need to speak with customer service but I would imagine the way that the orders are processed so professionally I doubt if it's anything else other than first class customer service.

Ordered Sunday night and was a bit concerned as I didn't receive an order confirmation or dispatch notice.

However, my order turned up first thing Tuesday morning by Royal Mail, so all good.

Good, fast delivery but communications could be better.

If I could give this company 0 stars then I definitely would. DO NOT use this company. I ordered some 72mg salt nic and was charged twice (one charged being unauthorised, luckily my bank contacted me to notify me) and then my nicotine didn’t turn up. When I asked for tracking they gave me a fake tracking number.

I only bought from here as I was hoping to achieve higher concentration without affecting the flavour with nicshots which works as it should but even if you only use 3mg you’ll save so much money buying from here instead of the overpriced shots everybody sells!

Nic salt B is great, you can tell it’s very high quality nic. Just made another order to keep some stock in. Well worth it.
