Hi Jon, I'm sorry you haven't received your delivery yet. We did dispatch it on time and the tracking shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery the following day on Saturday 14th but there was no answer / nobody home. I see that you have now booked a new delivery time with Royal Mail, so hopefully you will receive it soon. Please get in touch if there is anything further we can do.

Great service- I had an ordered the wrong strength and Paul (a member of the nic pouches team) was very helpful and swapped them for me. I actually had a number of problems including wrong email address and he sorted that out and got my order confirmation to me.

I’ve ordered from Nic Pouches UK a few times now and I’ve been really happy with the service. The prices are usually better than what I find in shops, and there’s a good range of brands and strengths to choose from. My orders arrived quickly (next-day on two occasions), and everything was well-packed and fresh.
On one order a flavour I wanted was out of stock, but customer support got in touch straight away and offered an alternative or a refund, which I appreciated. Overall, reliable website, fast delivery, and good value — I’d happily order from them again.
