Absolutely brilliant customer service, had some trouble with Evri, not on the seller at all, and they had my back the whole way and compensated me way over than what was necessary so I definitely recommend for the best prices and best customer service 👍👍👍

Really good customer service
I have bought these caffeine pouches from “Nic Pouches” a few times now and they are really good.
Despite EVRI messing up the deliver, Angel from Nic pouches sorted the issue out really quickly and sent replacements out. Really pleased at the customer service and will definitely buy from them again!

I was sent the wrong order by mistake but the company quickly rectified this and sent out the correct order.
Angel was particularly helpful during this process and ensured I was fully informed of what had happened and was very swift in amending the genuine mistake.

I've ordered from these about 6 or 7 times now and I'm always extremely impressed by the delivery speeds. The last time I ordered was at 8pm and the 20 pack of velos arrived by 4pm the next day, amazing.
If the prices don't change dramatically I don't think I'll go anywhere else. Top stuff.
