Ich hatte im Chat versucht jemand zu kontaktieren leider ohne Erfolg dann hatte ich eine Email geschrieben.
Ich hatte richtig Lust dort zuspielen weil ich ein Angebot bekommen hatte.
4Tage später bekomme ich dann eine Antwort hab nichtmal verstanden was mir da geantwortet hat. Also total nutzlos.
Ich hatte schon vergessen das ich dort spielen wollte. Schwache Leistung für ein Casino nimmt jegliches Vertrauen einzuzahlen Angebot ist natürlich auch abgelaufen. Bitte mal Support anständig zur Verfügung stellen wenn man nämlich mal sein Bonus nicht bekommen würde hätte man erst nach Tagen Kontakt. Schade

Ein Casino zum vergessen. Habe mit meiner Kreditkarte immer wieder eingezahlt. Die Einzahlungen wurden auch problemlos akzeptiert. Habe auch vorder- und Rückseite, Adresse und Reisepass übermittelt dies wurde auch bestätigt. Bei den Auszahlungen wurde mein Antrag immer wieder abgelehnt. Ich sollte diese Daten offensichtlich wieder hochladen. Es hatte für mich den Anschein als wollte das Casino nur Einnehmen und keine Auszahlungen vornehmen. Auf mein Email hat sich auch keiner gemeldet dies ist nur der Fall wenn es für das Casino günstig erscheint. Aus meiner Sicht kein seriöses Casino. Spiele ab sofort wieder Win2day und Casinoclub, hatte bei den Auszahlungen dort noch nie ein Problem.
Einige Tage später kam ein Email mit einer Entschuldigung das sie überlastet sind und der Aufforderung einen Kontoauszug meiner Kreditkarte zu übermitteln. Dies finde ich mehr als überzogen da alle meine Daten ja vorhanden sind. Bei den Einzahlungen fragt keiner nach welche Kreditkarte verwendet wird und wird anstandslos akzeptiert.
Brauche so ein Kasino nicht.

Very bad experience, my bonus didn't come trough.. i contacted service.. they responded: bonus is received.. tough its nowhere to be found.. i even sinds screenshots.. moments later their respond: expired.. but if it woud be expired.. wouldnt it been show in bonus history?.. they kent repeating its expired.. but on all sites i ever played on.. al bonussen ar shown in history even the expired ons.. the guy from service was verry arrogant..

Es macht Spaß man gewinnt was mir aufgefallen ist das man dort eher auf höhere Einsätze gewinnt über 3 Euro Einsatz. Natürlich kann ich es nicht garantieren, Auszahlung hat wunderbar funktioniert Dokumente eingereicht keine 5 min war das Geld immer auf mein Konto, was ich persönlich sehr feier so kommt man nicht zu Versuchung.
Würde es mehr spielen geben, würde ich auch 5 Sterne gebe.
